I went to this store with my friend once and I ended up being discriminated against and they kept me there for 20 minutes insisting that we had stolen a shirt when and after completely searching us, instead of asking for an apology, they simply gave us dirty looks and didn't say sorry to us.

Went in for a specific pair of sunglasses. Unfortunately, they didn't have them, but the awesome employee went above and beyond having them sent to my home in Ohio. Shipping was supposed to be 3 to 10 day's but they arrived the next day ..even before I got home!

I love this store. I feel like even if you're not into skater/ alternative wear you still should visit this store nd specific location. EVERYONE (staff) is always so pleasant, welcoming nd helpful. I'm not sure of the hiring process but bravo. I recommend it 10 times over.
