I have paid for my membership for over a year now. I have yet to receive my membership card or been able to rent a car.

Price per hour keeps going up, customer service continues to plummet. I STILL MISS I-GO. PS: Lyft thanks you for all of the business you've been giving them thanks to your crappy service. xoxo

It's an awesome idea and cheaper than renting a regular car. However, customer service is unwilling to work with you around anything and I've had to call back many times around the same issue unable to get it resolved the first several times.
