David was a pleasure to work with. He asked questions in regards to occasion, timing and desired fit and therefore made informed suggestions, didn't try to oversell or upsell.
Always prompt and personable. Further, not wanting to risk issues with flying, he arranged to have suit shipped to one of their California locations where fit was verified and suit was freshly pressed.
Highly recommend!

I was in town for a month and wanted to have my first custom suit made and David did an amazing job. The process took less than two month, he was very helpful with explaining the different textures and styles (it took me about an hour just to pick a fabric). The first and second fittings were very simple and we had a great conversation. It's great to have my measurements on file so I can get another shirt or suit made. Anytime I go to Chicago it's now a stop I just have to make.

I’ve been going to Zeglio for years. Went in for a custom suit and they expedited the entire process since I live out of state - and over the holidays! Susan was kind, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable making the entire process seamless and fun. Zeglio has the best quality custom clothing and I highly recommend to anyone looking for items of the sort!

This was my first time getting fitted for a custom suit. After three fittings, the suit came out better than I could have imagined. Susan made the whole process very smooth and created an amazing piece of work for my wedding day. I highly recommend this store for their high quality custom suits and accessories. I have traditionally bought brand name suits off the rack but since my daughter was getting married I thought I would have a suit custom made. I went to Zeglio on Jackson & Dearborn and I am glad that I did. I found a beautify quality Italian wool fabric. Detailed measurements were made by the tailor (Susan) who was very detailed, made good suggestions and was very easy to work with. The suit fit well and looked great, I would definitely recommend Zeglio (and Susan) if you are looking for a custom made suit.
