The lady working here is very rude. The books are overpriced. A book priced $40 at her store can be found for $16 online (Mufti Taqi Usmani’s Tafseer). When I said I would not buy it as it was too expensive, she refused to sell anything else and then said if you do want to buy it, I’m going to raise the price by $5 each. Completely unprofessional and rude.

Not recommended! Poor customer service and then if there an Islamic mazhabi store why do they sell bras? Did all the other stores go extinct? They might as well sell chuddis (underwears) with those bras haha

I first went to their location on Devon the gentleman was friendly he offered me dates and water. He also answered all my questions ploitely. He gave my daughters free stickers. He guided me towards the location on Campbell Ave. They were too busy for customers. The man was in the basement and the woman didn't understand. She was busy on the phone and another customer that purchased like $3 of things. We were from California and needed to place a larger order out of fustration we left w/out purchasing. I would have given this location zero stars but the employee at the Devon location was 5 stars, Their average is 2 and a half. Just call and place your order. It was fustrating between parking and them being too bus

THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! they do not know how to deal with customers at all. Very rude specifically that short guy, never will be going there again in my life. If you're in the mood of being insulted go to this store that's all you will get from here nothing else.

First star for availing a product for the holy pligrimage (Ihraam). Second star for keeping store open till 9 pm. Other than that the lady's behavior is alarmingly unbelievable. We spoke with her before driving in 40+ miles to their store. Upon arrival she tried selling product which was discovered damaged upon inspection. When she was asked to give a better one she kept switching them around under her desk, always giving out one good piece and one defective. This happened thrice. After which she said she didn't intend to sell any to us. This has to be the worst thing to tell a customer. We were not being rough with her and to hear such words was a major shock. It's a disappointment that at that hour most stores were closed or else we could have stopped at a better place, like Iqra bookstore.
