Store associate was not friendly at all, when I tried to pick up my online package, I didn’t see anyone at the pickup spot and I asked the store associate in the return/exchange on 2nd floor and her only response was she cannot go there, there was no line where she was and I was not asking her to pick up my package just to let the store associate at the pick up knows that I was waiting.
Not professional at all !

go to the one in block 37. this location is always so unorganized and the workers are very unhelpful and robotic. what's the point of having 5 employees in one section, all of them just refused to help me find something specific?!?

snobby rude workers. had a whole line waiting for almost 30 mins because the cashier was dealing with a bunch of returns from the same customer and it was boxes upon boxes. cashier didn’t let anyone know what he was doing - reapplying security tags etc with a whole line waiting. asked nearby worker what he was doing and she was very snobby and spoke to us like we’re stupid like it’s normal to be completely non communicative lol we don’t care if you’re doing returns but when ur standing there removing clothing from boxes, putting tags on them, and not even giving explanation is annoying.

I like the clothes and the location, but there aren't enough fitting rooms. I think there are 3 or 4 rooms on the main floor. So if it's the weekend, be prepared to wait in mega long lines to try on clothes.
