The rudest staff works here. They think they own this place and have a power trip whenever they are in charge of the fitting rooms.
Just absolutely appalling behavior. Train people to be more hospitable

ONLY 1 FITTING ROOM OPEN AND THEY CLOSE IT 30 MINUTES BEFORE STORE CLOSES.
I ran to Zara to find a pair of Jeans for my vacay the next day. Shopped for 30min and had 7 pairs to try on. I got to the fitting rooms 3min after they “closed” them and the workers rudely denied my entry. I would’ve come to the fitting rooms 3 MINUTES earlier had I known, but there’s no sign anywhere and none of the employees care enough to give people with their hands full a heads up either.
For comparison, I was at Free People earlier that evening and saw people walk in 5 minutes until closing. The employees happily greeted them with a warm welcome. The employees also had no problem letting me try on a pair of jeans 15min to closing. Only reason I left was because the jeans didn’t end up fitting.
Back to Zara, I used to like coming to this location because it was close by and they had a decent selection. I am so livid about my experience that I don’t want to go back. Management needs to make some changes or they’ll loose customers to other stores.

The security does not know how to do his
job the sensor was beeping i thought he was going to check their bags but he didn’t
. And he kicked me and my mom out when we were looking for my sisters birthday

Very understaff, lines are so long and it is their sale season. There was only one cashier in the women section and one in the men section, she was extremely rude and disrespectful very snappy.
I don’t recommend this location. Horrible customer service

The clothing are great but the manger refused to help when I didn’t have the original receipt although I had a picture of the receipt on my phone. Fortunately the young man at the checkout walked me through a step to get the QR code so I could do the exchange. Please keep your receipt. Keep your original receipt.

The collection is and always has been excellent but the staff really needs bedside manner training. The lady helping out for the self check out has almost no patience, is passive aggressive and honestly makes me no longer want to go to this location. The fact that you pay 50$+ for almost every outfit and have to deal with this level of mediocrity is ridiculous.

This Zara has a great selection and is always maintained well. However, the management needs some serious training. The manager Rafa on several accounts will let customers wait in line to just tell them to use the self-checkout kiosks. While I've been told this is a company wide initiative, you would think that good customer service would be first. That isn't a concern at this location, the less human interaction they have with you the better.

The fitting room operates only on the 1st floor; on the top floor, for some unknown reason, it is closed. Because of this, there is a long queue in the fitting room.
