Horrible customer service. Would give negative stars if possible. Gentleman on the phone simply refused service because I had one document to print out and all he said was: it’s after 3 and I’m leaving at 5. What a horrible way to talk to first time customers. This is not how you run a service. Wow. Just wow.Edit: I did not ask for access to WiFi at all. All I asked was to print out one document and that’s it. If you need printing services please go to your local Chicago public library. A library card is $1 & It is free for the first 20 pages per day and 10 cents afterwards per page. I do not understand what I asked wrong and why I received the customer service treatment I did but to each is own.

Got a parking spot front of store 420pm for a quote on photo docs sign on locked door said be back in 10mins waited outside till 445pm store closing at 500pm decided to try UPS store at home in Des Plaines. ?

These guys are great. It's my second time having something printed there and I'll always go to them vs something like one of those online services. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, they're fast, and they take the time to make sure things are done correctly.

Great service!, today I forgot to print some documents for my drivers test I was freaking out until I discovered Z-Prints which happened to be 3 mins away from the Secretary of State Drivers facility. They took care of me quickly and efficiently. Thankful for this local print shop.
