Terrible bike place. I went calm and cool trying to get my bike fixed on Sunday morning as they opened. I asked him how much it would cost to repair my brakes and man the guy was rude when i offered a bargain. He said i can do it myself. He was trying to charge me $60 for changing my brakes which is overpricing as the bike didn't even cost as much. I asked him if he can do it for $50 and he said i can do it myself for $50 and went back in his shop ignoring me. He also was disrespecting my father which is clearly not good customer service and clearly not a way to talk to a customer. If you don’t want to fix my bike just say so I’ll go somewhere else.

They sell stolen bikes. If your bike gets stolen, CPD tells you to check here first.

The first thing is that the service is very good. I enjoy talking with the people that work there. If I ever need parts for my bicycle they usually have it and at a great price!! You must stop by!!

This place should never have 3.7 stars in the first place.
This place is filled with excuses upon excuses. I am glad I never left my bike out of site from these people for longer than 40 minutes per the agreed upon time. This place will take you for a chump if you let them. These jokers spent 3.25 hours on a simple bottom bracket adjustment. I saw these guys look at my bike in pure confusion for 2.5 hours before they decided to actually fix it. They really stood there and incorrectly removed my bottom bracket. Then they had the nerve to say they can't fix it for some incoherent reason. The absolute balls on them to casually say "we'll just take your bike and scrap it for parts". Like what? I came in here for a simple job and now you're stating you can't fix it, it looks unrepairable, and you'll just scrap my bike. Excuse you all and don't ever expect me to come back. They fixed the bike but all they could say was "I don't know" for 3 hours. These people were clearly trying to steal my bike as if it were business as usual and I don't appreciate my intelligence so insulted. If you or anyone you know have any self-respect for yourselves you will go to more honest shops, I've had the pleasure of giving business to such of the following honest bike shops: Kozy's, Tailwind Bicycles, DC Bicycles, Roscoe Village Bikes.

Absolutely love this place. Don’t understand all the negative reviews. They were super welcoming and the gentleman worked really hard on my bike and charged a more than reasonable price. My experience here was so good that i was bummed when my bike was done because i didn’t want to leave. 10/10 experience 10/10 customer service 10/10 price.

Bob and Robert (owner) are so kind and professional. I bought a used bike online and I knew it needed some fixing and adjustments. Before coming here I had talked to two other bike shops and got an estimation of how much these repairs would cost. When I brought it here I paid way less and Bob patiently went through the entire bike and let me know exactly what needed to be fixed and adjusted. When I got my bike back it was like riding a brand new bike not only was that great but the best part is I paid half the price of what the other bike shops would've charged me. In the past I've been to some bike shops where they just try to charge you the highest prices possible. If you tell Bob or Robert that you're working on a budget they will work with you they will NOT try to convince you that you need the most expensive thing in there. Thank you for your honesty and great work ?

First of all, this isn't your typical bike shop. You get what you give (sort of). They have an eclectic selection of bikes, some used and some new. Don't expect a wide selection of models in a bunch of different sizes. Don't expect brand names. Do expect that if you look and ask questions, you could get a good bike at a good deal. If you are buying a used bike, look it over for repairs that are needed, and they will fix up the issues. I bought two used bikes for my kids and they are working fine. I just bought a brand new bike out of the box, and it's great. Don't be intimidated by it's quirkiness. But if you are in a hurry and want a new bike fast and are willing to pay their prices then go to one of the big bike stores (you know the ones).
