It is really not worth subscribing to this gym, it is always dirty, first thing in the morning the same users are the ones who organize the dumbbells even though there are already company workers, the machines are old to the point that it is no longer safe to use them and the bathrooms They don't leave much to be desired.

They didn’t keep their word on staying open 24hrs after taking over XSport. I called for a refund and they didn’t accommodate. I chose XSport because of my availability not to accommodate to their needs.

Worst company, I'll never come back. I was coming every weekend just to end my subscription. They won't help me, every time they tell me a reason. Sometimes comes Monday, when I came Monday the manager was not here, and so on. I paid 2 months for nothing. They force you to stay and to take your money.

Lately, very crown. I like the staff (very friendly and helpful if need it) compared to the staff at the bricktown location. The only complain I have for this location (portage) is that they are always out of papel towels.

Excellent environment, good machines, quite heavy, several multi-strength machines, several excellent instructors, just one detail, the bathrooms are not cleaned often, they are large, elegant but sometimes dirty, otherwise a good place to train

Ik the gym is not new and the chairs are still old/ falling apart but pls do something about the centipedes and fix the god damn sauna it’s Been more than 9 months and it’s still not fixed
