Very poor service. I went to the same network three times but the problem was not solved. I wanted to cancel the service, but they still deducted my money on the same day.

This review is for xfinty headquarters I am a senior Ben with xfinty for 16 years just found out back in 2021 they charged for landline for my modem??? & charged me $30.00 a month for voicemail wtf such a rip off. Jim

Went there to ask question about the data usage, but they weren't providing any help and assistance. I understand that they can't release any account information without photo ID present, but when I wanted to ask some information about why and what will cause the data overage, they still said they don't know and can't provide any information. Just wondering if they are not trained or they just don't want to serve us after opening an account.

just awful , phone service sucks its been months and i get no calls no tx NOTHING , When i go in person no one knows anything they said something a new sim but nothing .
Oh but they take my monthly payment without missing . and YES I called customer service plenty of times and its the same thing they have me on hold for up too 45min just for the call to get disconnected.

Hours online state that they close at 7pm and was allowed to schedule an appointment for 6pm and was even set a reminder just to show up and they are closed @ 6pm . Very unprofessional to have hours state one thing and allow to book when in reality they are closed at that time

I came here to pick up my modem for me new apartment and it was quick and easy. They were super helpful! Unfortunately, there was another customer being very rude to the employees of this location while I was in the store. As someone who also works customer service, I wanted to shout out how positively and professionally the whole staff handled the situation. They were very kind and stayed calm the entire time. When said customer left, an air of relief fell over the rest of the customers in the store. The staff carried on and remained helpful to us. I think they all deserve recognition for handling such difficult people with so much dignity and respect.

They took partial payments and still didn't restore my services and fail to communicate they didn't take partial payments until after they took my money I been battling with them on the phone too restore my services for past 3 weeks
