Visited the Xfinity store recently and was genuinely impressed. The folks there were super professional and took the time to explain everything. Felt like they really cared about making sure I got what I needed. If you’re considering popping by, definitely do it. I’d go back in a heartbeat just for the stellar service.

Crooks! Xfinity is always overcharging me for everything, such as: late fees, taxes, equipment, activation fees, etc. etc. I'm definitely cancelling and switching to another trustworthy company. I will post my bills or photos later. But yes, they literally charge you to the Bone.

Ok. Today is 7/29/33. I have Ben on the phonevwuth concadt for the past 2.5 hours. My cable, or the box, or the DVR does not work properly. They have been trying to fix it since 5:30p, it is now 8:24p and no picture. The Soence v Crawfird fight is tonight and if I can't see it I'm lookingbfir a new cable company and it won't be AT&T or WOW.

I absolutely hate xfinity. A bunch of crooks who charge you for their errors, and will not change your bill or offer anything to make up for all the hours I've spent trying to fix their incompetent employees mistakes. Drove all the way over here bc there are onlly certain stores that can fix bills for nothing. After many years as a loyal customer I am done!!!!! And xfinity is so corporate and greedy they could care less about losing a customer.

Hours for Sunday listed until 6pm. Doors were locked at 5:05pm, workers in store wouldn’t even look up or say anything. Couldn’t return my equipment.

When you Google this location it says that closing time is 7pm, get to the location and it's closed at 6. Update your business times because lots of people use Google. Smfh!!!

I worked with a representative over the phone to setup new internet service and opted to pickup equipment. The rep informed me the store was scheduled to close at 7. At 6:15pm the store was pulling down gates. I requested that I eas just picking up equipment and a rep in the store said they have been “closing the store early for a week due to being short staffed”. There was no one in the store at the time and no signs. The store hours clearly printed out 7pm close. The rep went to the back to see if an employee would helped me but they came from the back and said they would not help and was leaving. I am highly disappointed in this service. This is an absolutely disappointing first experience with xfinity and makes me want to cancel service. My family needs internet and I’m scheduled to leave town tomorrow morning. This is disappointing that this is happening in this neighborhood. I definitely will be reporting this issue.

This the 2nd time I experienced excellent service at Xfinity on 117th Marshfield. Everyone is so helpful when I was looking for accessories, questions about my bill, mobile phone. The consultant I had today name was Brandi Jackson. She was very helpful throughout the entire time I was there; she did not make me feel that I was asked to many questions or bothering her. Disposition was pleasant the entire time and she has great customer service. I’m typing this in the parking lot.
