Absolutely the worst service. The staff is seemingly nice but apparently incompetent. I came in to do what I expected would be a simple cable box return. However, to my surprise after leaving I received an email stating that all my other services were canceled. I was very clear with the lady that I did not want or cancel services. I was only returning one of the unused boxes. I could see this young lady was having issues even doing the simple task. She had to call over one of her co workers that told her, “girl you should know this already”. The lady was polite the whole time but I didn’t need polite I needed her to do her job correctly. I’m not sure if she was too busy dancing and singling to her favorite tunes that she became distracted from actually helping the customer or what? I’m just disappointed and concerned that her mistake might have caused some interruptions in our home serves that we have had for years. People have enough other issues in life not to come into this xfinity location and get our services screwed up. I would not recommend this location if you need serious assistance with anything. But if you want to see a pretty face and a nice smile this is the place. This location should be closed.

This company is a fraud I called to switch my service to a different unit in my building and they send a technician out so when the technician come out he tells me my service is still active in my my old unit and that I will need to go into a Comcast’s store. So then I go in a comcast store at 11702 s Marsh field mall and they said that the service is off in my old unit and that they will start service in the unit I’m actually staying in so they started service in my new unit and then 2 weeks later my service gets cut off because they still have the service running in my name in my old apartment so my husband called the customer service number yesterday to see what’s is happening and a agent tells us that they service is still active in my name in my old unit which I have ask to switch service four times . So now we can’t get service until we pay for the unit that had the service I really thinks company is a scammer n I would advise y’all to really pay attention on how they scam u out of money

Never againI had to cancel my internet service due to fact lost housing, so I had to cut it off not only that the ACP program is ending in 2months. I already pay for a phone through xfinity over 60 dollars only to find out because I cut my internet service I will be charged an extra 25 dollars a month and I'm not understanding why I have to pay extra on a plan I'm already supposed to be paying unlimited for. It's not like you all adding an thing extra to my plan but you all want to charge me extra. I will not EVER recommend xfinity to anyone and I can not wait till I'm done paying off this phone because I will be leaving xfinity and never coming back I was almost bout to add a line for my son till they told me I was being charge an extra 25 that I can barely afford. I'm so done wit them wish I could just give back phone and be done with them go back to Metro pcs they better

The team is great. Service is wonderful. The problem is this store isn't staffed for the volume. Everytime I come it's a long wait. My time is limited. Even to just drop off equipment, there is a long wait. They need more staff.

Visited the Xfinity store recently and was genuinely impressed. The folks there were super professional and took the time to explain everything. Felt like they really cared about making sure I got what I needed. If you’re considering popping by, definitely do it. I’d go back in a heartbeat just for the stellar service.

Crooks! Xfinity is always overcharging me for everything, such as: late fees, taxes, equipment, activation fees, etc. etc. I'm definitely cancelling and switching to another trustworthy company. I will post my bills or photos later. But yes, they literally charge you to the Bone.

Ok. Today is 7/29/33. I have Ben on the phonevwuth concadt for the past 2.5 hours. My cable, or the box, or the DVR does not work properly. They have been trying to fix it since 5:30p, it is now 8:24p and no picture. The Soence v Crawfird fight is tonight and if I can't see it I'm lookingbfir a new cable company and it won't be AT&T or WOW.
