I cannot speak for this location or the people who work inside. However, this company and its practices are awful! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I left Xfinity a couple months ago yet they are STILL withdrawing money from my account and I cannot reach anyone to help me!!!!! It’s like I never existed after being a loyal customer for 4 years, this go around. Xfinity Comcast - This has been by far the most asinine experience I have ever had with customer service. Partying wats with you has been both a blessing and a curse as I don’t have to deal with your business practices and rising prices for lackluster services. However you still bill me after leaving two months ago. You won’t let let me login since I’m no longer a customer and I can’t even reach a human via telephone. Instead you send me in a loop bank to an app YOU won’t let me log into. You were only willing to talk to me by phone once during my time with you and that was when I reached out to disconnect my service. Suddenly, you have time to call me! Now, I’ve been trying for hours to contact someone and want me to enter a credit card “verification” before you pass my call along?!? I don’t owe you anything, which is the purpose of me reaching out to you. You drafted $$ out of my account for October and I cut you off at the beginning of September AND paid you then!!! Do better, people. DO BETTER!!!

I have been a senior for several years about as long as I have been with xfinty not for me worst company I ever dealt with they have been charging me $30.00 a month sense September 2021 all they can do $60.00 credit also been paying over $70.00 a month in tax’s what a rip off

Review:
My experience with Xfinity by Comcast has been nothing short of frustrating. The customer service is practically non-existent. The representatives lack knowledge and proper training, and they don’t have the basic manners to talk to customers respectfully. Even when they know something is wrong on their end, they fail to provide any solutions or responses.
I was promised a BOGO offer when I visited their store, but after 3-4 billing cycles, I noticed the offer was never applied, and I was being billed the full amount. Despite spending several hours on the phone with customer care, they couldn’t resolve the issue.
I wouldn’t recommend Xfinity to anyone. It’s better to pay a bit more for a different service provider and have peace of mind.

Surprised by the reviews because I had a very positive experience! The service was quick with several employees on staff. Kynnadee was friendly & quickly helped me address my needs and answer my questions. Highly recommend this Xfinity store compared to other locations in the city

Xfinity has the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. When you call them to solve a problem, they're completely incompetent. Their english is very bad and they don't understand you. They say they're going to take an action for your problem, and it never happens. Worst cell phone service ever!
