Disrespectful and rude. They sell faulty products. The owner does not know how to speak to women. Never going here again.Would have given 0 stars if possible. They do not even deserve 1 star. Pathetic customer service.

We had a very bad experience. He was talking in a very loud voice and he was talking very rudely to my mother. Don't take anything from this store because he doesn't even take returns and the salesman is very bad?

Good customer service and he was quick and sufficient at finding my order. He did great in verifying my information for pickup. The only problem is that the website says they're open when they aren't sometimes.

Never open on time,this guy comes whenever he wants to! Very unprofessional and ignorant. I don't think this is the image UPS wants to portray. I will be contacting UPS about this.

Rude people, overpriced and unreliable service. He replaced a 5 amp circuit breaker with a 2 amp circuit breaker. Sure enough, the 2 amp circuit breaker in my appliance burnt out within 6 months. If I hadnt figured it out, I would have to go back to him every 6 months for servicing. I do not mind paying for good service but this is not the case here. Do not trust. I recommend looking at other options in the area for any repairs.
