Car was hit and Allstate recommended Crash Champions. I was so glad I went there. Their shop is clean, well maintained and the waiting area was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was their work that was the most important and they were amazing. They did a beautiful job. My car looks brand new. I am thrilled with the repair. I can’t say enough about how excellent the quality here. If you need the work - this is the place to go!

The good- the car looks like it did before the damage. As you can see the damage was not that bad.
The bad- Dropped off July 8, the date to pick up was July 19th. After drop off I got a text every morning to share the progress. That was very nice. Then I got a text that the pickup date had changed. I called to see what was going on and they said the headlight was on back order, even thought I had just gotten texts to say we were on track for pu until the date changed. From that day on I stopped getting text updates and had to keep calling to check in. On hold often for 10 minutes or more as the date for pick up kept changing. The reason I got for not getting any updates or calls back was my advisor was on vacation. I asked for a manger to call me back multiple times and finally got a call back to explain the situation. I finally got the car back on 8/2, 25 days after dropping it off. The communication from this location is very poor. I won't be using any crash champions locations in the future.

My VW Jetta has been at this shop for 6 months now for $4,500 worth of crash repairs and I still don’t have it back. While I know things can get more complicated than initially diagnosed, waiting 6 months for repairs is unacceptable. So either, this shop keeps prioritizing other vehicles consistently or their technicians don’t have the necessary training to complete the repair. While communication with my service advisor has been fine, I’ve been promised my car will be ready later in the week or the next day over 10 times. I’m hoping this shop will make things right since they have 4.6 stars in reviews but at this point, cannot recommend. I’ve had to pay for a rental for 6 months which has costed more than the actual repairs…

Crash Champions has had my car for an initially accident that occurred on 3/28/2024. They picked it up on the 29th. I went to get it on 4/26 when it was initially address damages of 3846.00. The total charged to my insurance was 8400.00. My car which is a 2019 Kia still had a orange engine warning light and leftturn driver signal did not work on the new light assembly they replaced. Told to bring it back cause they had to order a part. Brought it back and they kept it for a week, picked it up and turn signal still not working, told to bring it back dsy after memorial day. Car started overheating so had it towed back to then on June 2. Insurance told them to fix whatever was wrong, supposedly took it to a Kia dealership cause they couldn't find the reason for overheating. Called the Kia where they said they towed the car on Lincolnwood and they have no record of the car being there. Was told by my insurance car would be ready Friday, told by Crash Champion it would be ready for pickup today, now just told it's not ready. I understand things happen but this is ridiculous. Since the initial accident I have had my car only 10 days.

I’ve had to take my car to collision repair shops a handful of times in my 16 years of driving. This was by far the best experience I’ve had. Great customer service, my car was done 2 days early and looked better than before the crash!

It’s services are amazing and the workers take car of you has a costumer I feel comfortable if something was not right done they will fix it. They will take their time to listen make your experience great. I been taking my car here I always come out with great services for my car. I really recommend this place.
