They did an amazing job!My favorite leather purse (that is 6 years old) looked beaten up. It had a torn lining and the leather didn’t look so good anymore. The company that made it had closed down during the pandemic so I couldn’t replace it and I couldn’t find anyone to fix it. Luckily I found Without a Trace and they replaced my cloth lining with a beautiful leather one and cleaned the exterior leather of my purse. My purse looks even better than the day I first bought it!!!!Thank you Michael and your team for giving me great advice on what lining to choose as well as making my beloved purse look brand new!Lana B.

Dropped off my leather jacket to be repaired and cleaned. Was quoted a max of 3 weeks for it to be done. Just called again and they told me it would take and ADDITIONAL few weeks with no explanation? I cant wear my jacket for the season now. They also didn’t bother calling to update me, it took me calling them to get any sort of update. Unprofessional.

I had two Gucci bags repaired and they look brand new like the day I bought them! I can tell they took their time on these repairs and it's truly appreciated! It was worth every penny! I will definitely be back!

The work is perfect and the service is always friendly - my items have all come back looking like new, and while the pricing isn't cheap it's fair for the skill required. The one thing I would note is that this can take awhile, so don't wait until the last minute.

They did a great job with a sweater itself but were otherwise rather difficult and expensive to work with. Didn't get any kind of voicemail, text, or email when the sweater was ready. (Apparently they called, but I don't pick up unknown numbers and never would've expected them not to leave a message.) More than a month after the original estimated completion date, they left a voicemail while I was traveling. I then talked to someone on the phone who says it would be easy to mail the sweater, which I had asked about originally, but I had been told I'd need to pick it up! (I live only a few miles away but was in a busy period at work and the time saving was a big deal to me, as I wasn't otherwise in the neighborhood.) The rep said they had to mail it express, which is very silly considering the huge delay, poor communication, and relatively low cost of the sweater and added an extra $20 to the price. The cost of the repair itself came to much more than I was expecting, but they only tell you the price once they have the item in their possession. There's of course an option to refuse, but the transactions costs are obviously higher at that point. They also tried to be helpful in recommending two other tailors for some cloth elbow patches I wanted for other sweaters, but it turns out neither of the other tailors would sew cloth elbow patches. A bit weird. In the future I would only use this place for items very dear to me, and I would try to get quotes and clarify all terms (communications, delivery) up front. I'd still be wary of their customer service.

Took longer than expected. While the stains were removed, they also removed black anodization on the head of the buttons. Still a good job.

Honesty this place is awesome! I was told at YSL that there was a 4 month turnaround time if they shipped out my bag for repairs and I was bummed. Then the SA suggested I try Without a Trace. I'm so glad that I did. William was so welcoming and it really made me comfortable leaving my bag. He did say that they have been busy too and that the wait may be 2 months. I left the bag and they called me a week later to pick up my item. Honestly, If I ever have need for any service they offer, they have many, they will be my first stop! Thanks to everyone involved at this establishment!
