Detail was given and you can tell. Comfy waiting area and friendly staff. They went a little hard on the armor all on the seats but I’m not complaining! I will be a return customer no doubts about it.

OMG SUCH BAD SERVICE. I went to have my car cleaned and I had some money in my glove compartment. They took my money that I've been saving. I lost over 20 dollars. And they denied it. Unbelievable.

Thief’s working here! I’ve been a customer for a long time, once I’ve had an item missing from my back seat before and thought maybe I misplaced it. Today I stopped by again and before I stop by I clean out my car to make the vacuuming easier for them. I had a bunch of change in my cup holder and moved it to the door, after my wash it was all missing, I talked to the person that washed the driver side and the owner and they didn’t care about the situation at all. The owner even walked away. Lost a long time customer!

Best car wash in the city! My car has never been so clean, it’s new again on the inside. They vacuum every nook and cranny and wipe down the interior so well and with such care. They got a small stain out of my vinyl seat that I hadn’t managed to scrub away myself. I’m a customer for life. I don’t have the nicest or most expensive car on the block but it’s always the cleanest thanks to these guys.

They don't do a good job anymore they steal change out of cars, and now I'm missing a floor mat. I came back for it and supposedly they never saw it. will not be coming back

For the price it's a good clean, my car doesn't get too dirty so its an easy outside + inside wipe down. Overall they were super quick and detailed.

I needed a hand wash that wouldn’t scratch my car & am happy I chose Windy City! The employees were professional & fast. They had my car spotless inside & out in less than 20 minutes. I will absolutely be recommending this place to anyone in need of a wash for a good price.

This owner has no idea what business he has. All he thinks about is the quantity of cars, then the quality of washing them. I come here for convenience, not because it's a great car wash. All his employees tell me is that he's losing customers daily.

This place used to be great but they started getting really lazy, they stopped rinsing cars off before running it through through the wax and leaves this terrible residue that you have to wash the car again afterwards and gets rid of the wax just not worth it anymore. No attention to detail leave lots of dirt inside.

Don't waste your time. All I care about is my money. I want that to get my car washed. The car was still dirty. Still wet spots all around. They didn't clean my tires and rims right? I had to go back twice in one day and they still didn't do the job right even after I showed them what they miss. Horrible job
