Redeemed a free car wash, I pull up the entrance and the employee is on his phone not acknowledging me, he then proceeds to just use hand gestures to try to tell me where to point my wheels.. but he’s gesturing to keep moving forward and then yells no, after a frustrating experience I’m glad to say I will not come back here. Employees need to speak up not just assume I understand hand gestures. Not a good experience for a first time wash

Do NOT sign up for monthly plan at Windy City Express Car Wash, 3445 W Columbus Ave, Chicago, IL.The owner will CONTINUE to charge your card. I canceled by phone and via text in December BEFORE the date. He told that it was already processed and I had until January 17, 2023, which was a lie. But, I ate it. My card was charged on January 19th. My bank reimbursed me. Then, again, on February 19th. My bank reimbursed me, then canceled and replaced my card.Glad I switched to Clearwave Express Car Wash in Alsip. My car & wheels ACTUALLY shine after a wash/wax. Friendly attendants. The attendant at Windy City Express Car Wash has a nasty attitude.
