Staff is friendly and helped me pick out a leash for my cat (he loves going on walks). We have bought affordable toys there but we also use them as kind of a splurge store for our pets if it's a special occasion. The food selection is quality food that I would feed my cats if it wasn't out of my price range. If you can afford to feed your pets any of the food from wigglyville i would expect a long healthy life. The star of the store is their in store cat. He is so cute and I think having a cat and a bird in store gives a pet centered feeling. I will return many times and I have

I love how you can find a lot of healthy food options for your pets especially human grade food for your dog that's kept in their freezer section.A couple of weeks ago I tried a brand called "A pup above" at a competing pet shop and was charged an astronomical amount of money ? but I was delighted to find they carry the exact same brand here at a very reasonable and competitive rate.I will definitely be ordering a larger portion for my great pyrenees soon who literally inhales this food it's so good! There are tons of healthy snacks, toys and peanut ? filled bones and I love petting the shop cat Braith who loves to greet all the customers if he isn't sleeping peacefully.

I'm a die-hard Wigglyville fan. I love this place and have been shopping here for the last 9 years. They are extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products they supply. They are willing (within reason) to order things that you may need. Any time I go to a different pet supply store, the experience always feels subpar compared to the customer service I get from Wigglyville. They also allow pets into the store & have an instore cat (Braith) & bird (Ralph).I no longer live in East Lakeview, but I still make the trek to Wigglyville.

Selection of products is well-curated. But prices tend higher than average for the area. But they’re the only place that sells my pup’s favorite treat - real meat jerky sticks (bison, elk and venison). So we make regular visits!

As a local resident, I frequently visit the pet supply store in my neighborhood. While the store has a great selection of high-quality pet products, I have had mixed experiences with the staff.Although most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I have encountered a few employees who can be curt or dismissive when answering questions. However, this is not a common occurrence and should not deter anyone from visiting the store. One thing that sets this store apart is the resident cat, Braith. He is a charming and adorable feline, but I have noticed that some people come to the store only to see him, which can be disruptive to the shopping experience for other customers. I would recommend that visitors come for the pet products, not just the cat.One potential downside to shopping at this store is the high prices. However, it is important to keep in mind that this store is more like a boutique, offering unique and high-quality products that may not be available at larger chain stores. For those who prioritize quality over affordability, this store is a great option.Overall, I would highly recommend this pet supply store to any local pet owner. While there may be some occasional issues with staff interactions and the higher prices, the excellent selection of products and the adorable resident cat more than make up for it.

When I got my dog 14 years ago, the staff at Wiggleyville was amazing. They helped me a lot, especially Travis and Hollis. I am sad to say that the service has plummet. In June of, I had a very negative encounter with a staff member. This is the e-mail I sent them about the interaction: "I have been shopping at your store and have bought every bag of dog food for you in my dog's 14-year life. I come back consistently because I like shopping at small local businesses, because you are women-owned but mostly because of your service and expertise. However, the service I received 30 minutes ago almost changed that. When I entered the store, the employee behind the counter only took their headsets off after I was at the counter and said hello. I asked if I could get one, maybe two, large bags of food. The individual sighed and got up and walked towards the food. They had questions about which flavor so I walked over. I went to answer them and kneeled down to look. Standing over me, the response I got was abrupt and scolding, telling me to look where they were pointing. There were no large bags upstairs and they asked if I would like them to look down stairs. In a stern voice, I said "would you please". The representative walk away in a huff. When the employee returned to the desk, they slammed the food on the counter. I paid and I left. On my way home, I considered dropping you as the store where I shop. I decided that you have served me really well over the years, with two changes in food, and a lot of good advise from Hollis and Travis. You have my loyalty, but frankly, that loyalty can be lost with further negative interactions, but I really don't want that because I value you and your hard work. Im telling you this because I thought you should know. I know this would be unacceptable to you. You need to work with this person to improve or find better employees."Wiggleyville's follow up took about a week. They said they would work with their staff. I took that to be true and I let it drop. A month of two later, I went back to the store. I spoke with one of people I trust there about the incident and they told me they had no idea who the staff was. That sounded very peculiar to me, but, again, I let it go. I was still riding on my loyalty to them, Needless to say, I went back last month and there was the same employee. When I asked for the food, he, again, was very rude. I emailed the store again and they seemed very unconcerned. You has lost my loyalty. I can pay for overpriced supplies elsewhere.

This pet shop is a gem for me! I discovered this shop while I was walking in this area and I got curious, so I went inside to look around. And of course, as a fur parent I didn't pass this opportunity to stroll and look for some product that will be liked by my pet dog. She is a cute dog, so she deserves a cute toy! And that's why I got some cute toys for her and some pet accessories that I will try on her. She lost some of her accessories at home because she is so playful and I think it falls sometimes. So, I also bought some accessories and a cute dress for her too. It's a little bit pricey but I think it's reasonable because their products are of such a high quality. By the way, the staff who's assisting me is so friendly. I got to know their best seller because of him and he's also suggesting some products that he thinks will be loved by my pet. I went home with many pet products in hand but I totally enjoyed it. So, I highly recommend this shop!

The best price in town on our cats' nice dry food. The store mascots bring my little family joy every time we stop in -- Braithe the cat and Ralph the green cheek conure. 10/10 will continue contributing to Braithe's kitty retirement.

Definitely a "one-stop-shop" for my needy cat! This pet boutique always has what we're looking for! I also dig that they only sell high quality, usually grain-free food for your 4-legged friends. Aside from awesome products, the staff are extremely knowledgable and kind.
