  Deserves a zero. Can’t even cash a western union money order without having “upper management” there. Terrible staff, no real explanation other than the “system isn’t letting us”

  Went Sunday. Sign said "Open Sundays" but was closed.Returned Monday to buy City Sticker. WOULD NOT TAKE A CREDIT CARD!Fortunately I had enought cash in my wallet.
