The worst service in chicago!!! The tellers are always on the phone while working!!! They are always very very slow!! No sense of urgency at all. It’s embarrassing to our race how incompetent and inefficient they are!

The older lady with the braces has tried on numerous occasions to short change me, 3xs to be exact, after I called her out on it she cursed me out and wouldn't serve me anymore when I would come in after that. Her own coworkers would tell her to grow up when this happened she has very poor customer service and if she don't give you a receipt, ask for it, I guarantee you she didn't give you all your money. BE AWARE
