Do not work with Alex AKA Alexis Torres! Got pre approved over the phone just for him to say that I needed a higher down payment upon arrival! & also said nothing was wrong with the car but that was a lie the brakes were metal to metal. Typical lying salesman who is money hungry! I would not recommend! Also will use your private person information for his own gain! Save yourself the headache.

My Girlfriend seen an ad, and dragged me to this shop.
I was doubtful I’d leave with a vehicle .
I left with a 2019 Lincoln. They were extremely helpful. Thank you to the salesman named Jesus .
Update as of July 16, 2024.
The engine misfired two months into having car, I was serviced under the 6 month warranty. A month after that, the transmission went bad. The service shop told me to contact the warranty dealer (never heard of anything like this ), after talking with them , they tell me they have no evidence of my car in their entire system . I can't get in touch with "Art" (the owner) , no one ever can help . Stay away from these people . Leased the car in March 2024 , it's currently undrivable and no one knows anything at this place

This company is TERRIBLE!!
I was sold a car that had a misfire in the engine and transmission problems.
This happened within 2 weeks of us having the car. And now they are telling me I don’t have warranty when at first they told me I had 6 month’s warranty.
Arthur which I was told is the owner is the one who sold us the car.
I’ve called MULTIPLE TIMES trying to get this problem solved and I’ve gotten the run around. I’ve been hung up on. And still have this car sitting in front of my house NOT DRIVABLE, and this place with NO ONE HELPING ME SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

Terrible. Was making payments on my car for them to say there was a mistake and they were taking the car back. They literally threw people out of my car and made threats.

I drove over three hours one way from Wisconsin and communicated multiple times over the phone about a Mercedes sprinter van for sale. The lady Marlene even randomly text me dropping the price $4k one day. Very strange. They posted that it runs great and has no issues.
Twenty minutes before I get there they call me to drive to another dealership, also very bizarre. Then when I get there they tell me they couldn’t find the key, however they tried to distract me and had some “mechanic” trying to figure out how to start the sprinter because the engine is junk. Then they explain diesel engines have battery issues only, Not knowing I have had diesel vans before. They couldn’t jump start it. Luckily it was also raining while all of this was going on and rain was just pouring through the windshield onto the steering wheel, radio dash and floor where there battery connects in the van. Obviously huge problem.
I understand some people have horrible credit but if you have other options I encourage you to find a dealership and pay a little more for reliability and honesty. This entire situation was a sleight of hand trick they tried to pull. I can’t imagine how many people they have hurt financially!? You can also clearly see how many fake reviews they have, just look at how they are written.
