Jermaine Rogers provided great insight to the car buying process. This being my first financed car I was nervous coming into it because I expected to get taken advantage of at some point. However, Jermaine detailed every process to me, helping me with not only choosing a car that was a responsible choice for me but all the way to insurance. I was looking for a dealership to buyout my lease. Spoke with Freddy over the phone and he assured me they could doing everything for me no problem and he was correct! Went to this location to purchase out my lease. Everyone was very welcoming. Raphael Seay helped me with all of the paperwork and got me in and out of there in no time. So thankful for the great team at this location!

Worst dealership ever. We called about a Hyundai Elantra and contacted Nicole from sales. We confirmed if the car is available for test drive she said yes, once we arrived at the dealership we were told the car is not available for test drive since its getting serviced some place else and we were coming all the way from O’Hare airport after a 3 hour tiring flight just to be disappointed. These people have no communication between them, if I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
