First of all let me say; this is not one of those big auto-part chain stores. This is a family owned/mom and pops shop. At first glance the place is not much to look at, think car mechanic with a manicure.. Ok, this is not that. This place is where they know your name when you walk in (second visit)and remember what car you drive. My kind of place!! If they don't have your specific part in store(they usually do); you are not waiting 7 days for it. I've never had to wait more than a couple hours to get my parts. Ok quick recap, don't expcet shiny floors and don't be surprised if they remeber what car you drive.
