i visited west town jewelry & loan because it was conveniently located near the other errands i was running today. i came in for an appraisal on a ring my aunt had given me a few years ago that i was looking to get some cash for. gabe was super friendly and informative and less than 10 minutes after i had walked in a was walking out with cash (and complimentary chocolate!) in hand.

I just went in to get an appraisal for my fiancés engagement ring, Gabe responded to my request within the hour told me to come by whenever, he got me in and out in 20 minutes or so was nice professional and helpful. I would highly recommend West Town Jewelry and LOAN for any inquiry.

Gabe is very professional, respectful and transparent when explaining the process of selling our items. We brought in family silver pieces to sell, and he acknowledged that it can be a hard thing to do…I appreciated that. We were happy with the transaction, and we will definitely go back there in the future. Getting there from the NW suburbs, and parking, was easy.

Incredible service, honesty and pricing. I came with my sister yesterday to help her sell some gold and silver jewelry she inherited. Gabe was extremely quick and efficient, his payout was higher than any jeweler I’ve ever been to. By far the best place to sell your unwanted jewelry in Chicago. I’d leave 10 stars if I could.
