I just had really bad experience with them very disorganized when it comes to selling a car they’ll do everything because they want to sell a car but when it comes that you have a problem they don’t wanna deal with the problem they try to avoid like I put down for a car and then I went back and told him you know what the interest is too high we didn’t do the finance or anything so can I get my money back? It was 2000 and the debit card and it was 1000 in cash. It took them about a month to give us our money back and they send me a check with a random name, I’m tired of this situation

terrible customer service the only people that was kind and trying to help me was Remy and Brianna and Chris first off, they had my car almost 2 months now. When I did receive my car back, it was damages to my vehicle that they caused in their care and they refused to take responsibility for the damages I even agreed to take the damages and repairs out of what I owe them. they also refuse. I never been treated so badly at a place where I was spending my money I would never ever refer anyone to them I’ll go back up there ever again my issue still not resolved terrible place to do business with

My first impression of Richard was a good one. It started with my husband calling and seeking answers about problems with his engine. Not only was the response prompt, but he was very patient and thorough, in answering all of my husband's questions and concerns.Later that day, we took my husband's van to him, he came out and with his tool got to work. This was a long process, but the end result was what we were seeking to have more information as to what was really going on with his van. i took my truck to 3 different shops no one knew what was wrong and why my truck was driving funny and smoke coming from the tire my guy called and told him what was the problem he instantly knew what was wrong and fixed it in no time!! my baby rode like new!! Thanks so much!!
