I asked for a service and they charged me for a more expensive one, I said it's fine if it includes other products and better cleaning but when I got home and opened the trunk it was all just as dirty it just seems like they didn't even open it the rubber part was wet and full of leaves, the windshield stained and the carpets poorly washed… terrible service ??

I love going to we wash , I like that there is a very comfortable way of waiting for your car to be done , sit on the couch sipping on coffee while seeing your car being washed on the camera. Sometimes I come with my friend and we sit and chat.
I usually ask them to wash my carpets for extra 7 bucks ( i think ?) and they are clean to the point that one time I thought that the forgot to put them back ?

I stopped a few days ago, and after that. I went to the store. I did leave $20 dollar in my glove compartment, so when I went to the store, the money was gone, it's very shame the people who work there are thieves.

all the washes seems to be the same. I went in for a lava car wash, plus an express carpet clean, even spoke to the guy, been going here for a few years now they were better at some point but they have fallen off. Didn’t even wipe my rims, paid 75 dollars for this. They didn’t get any tip from me.

This is a terrible place to get your car detailed. 3 months ago, I visited early in the morning on a weekend to get my car cleaned and had to have it re-washed. I have never met a group of people that were unprofessional and lacked customer service in a customer service job. They don’t clean the inside of your windows, they don’t vacuum under the seat, the don’t clean the cup holders, etc. the list is extensive as is this review. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to get a better service.

We wash has always done an excellent job on car washes so I brought my truck in for their underbody rust protection treatment. They went above and beyond in cleaning up the surface rust that was beginning, and the film they applied to the underbody looks great. It looks just like when I bought it.
I’m including some before and after photos of the frame rails. I highly recommend them.

Came in to get washed ..$30! Then they explain everything will be done. Nope ! Took probably 15 to wash my truck ! Then when I went to inspect truck …dirt still there.. vacuuming needed to be done and there was coffee spill that wasn’t clean nor the door part…stuff was left in ! I had to ask for a towel so that I wipe wiped after them and it took me another 15m cause there was so much missed. The one guy wasn’t happy with me but I dnt care..$30 is $30! Unbelievable…wnt
Go there again. $24.95 plus $5 for it being a midsize ? This is crazy ! Never again
