This mall is dying I used to work at the Lego store and the only reason why that mall is standing is Because of the American Girl Doll Place and the Lego Store. All the other stores are dead and so many has closed since the pandemic it all went downhill when Macys closed in 2021. Now the whole food court is closed now, and they barley have any good stores in the mall. If you have a car, go to Woodfield Mall, Gurnee Mills, Orland Park Mall they have way better stores than Water Tower place. This place is dead, and I wouldn't be surprised if this mall closes down in the next few years.
Other malls in the Burbs have a GameStop, Hot Topic, Spencer's, Book store like Books of Million, JC Penny, Kohls and lots of other places but water tower mall doesn't have anything like this they just have a bunch of stores that are way overpriced that nobody goes to other than the kids store.

This shopping center has a beautiful architecture and is very large, so its wide variety of stores can give visitors more opportunities to find the product they want.

Very few stores and lack of interest in what there is. If you are looking to shop it is not the best place, if it is just for browsing it is fine because there are 7 floors to visit with an average of 6 stores
