Absolutely never going back here again. Ripped off my rear windshield wiper and they claim it’s not a part they cover. Took days to hear back from them and their employees are completely useless and unhelpful. Was a great car wash until this happened and never going back again. I understand things happen but to refuse to help when the machine clearly did the damage is horrible customer service.

Don't stop here! Continue to bp for gas/slots or any other car wash. Ownership/management is racist and ignorant. Reached out to corporate with no resolution or apology!

I thought I would give these guys a try since there always packed so I signed up for a monthly for the $9.99 deal for your first month and their car wash employees like to be on the phone and it just seems like they are not happy with their job because every time I come here there’s barley any soap coming out of the wash as I go thru and they just forgive since it’s not their own car they don’t care if it gets washed or not so I’m definitely canceling the monthly membership

Very disappointed at the treatment my dad got by one of the employees. The employee raised his voice as my dad did something incorrectly, and the employee was get frustrated. My dad cannot speak English so he was trying his best to understand, and it wasn’t until I told him what to do. The employee was very disrespectful by raising his voice and telling my dad what to do in this nasty tone. We’ve been going to this car wash for a while and are members, and it wasn’t until now we have an issue. I understand that my dad wasn’t doing something correctly, but you don’t get frustrated with a customer over something like that. My dad didn’t even know what was going on until I told him that night what I had heard. Going back tomorrow to talk with the car wash.

It’s a good car wash. There is no $5 option anymore though. The least cost option was $7.
