I have a friend who is a passionate gardener as myself, so when her special 'milestone' birthday came along, I wanted to send her something she could eventually plant in her yard rather than a floral bouquet. I chose a pink azalea. Though I live in the western suburbs, I wanted to find a florist in her Jefferson Park neighborhood. I chose Wall's Flower Shop on Higgins but the website was redirected to Donna's Garden Flower Shop near Pulaski & Peterson. I spoke to Avi on the phone and he was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This floral shop was extremely conscientious about delivering this fragile plant in the midst of our cold January weather. They called my friend and made sure she was home to receive it. She was extremely excited and thrilled to receive her gorgeous plant full of pretty pink buds. I will definitely recommend Wall's Flower Shop/Donna's Garden Flower Shop to all my Chicago friends!

On Friday Nov 5 2021 I rushed into Wall's and spoke with Marie.I explained I needed a small bouquet of flowers for my sister's wedding.There were some perfect blue and white carnations that would match the bride's dress.Marie explained that she was very busy however, she would do this for me and my sister.The bouquet was PERFECT!!My sister was surprised and absolutely loved the bouquet and of course she made a boutonniere for the groom.I stopped a few days later to thank her again saying I would be back in the future whenever I needed flowers.Unfortunately, that's when she told me they will be closing the doors for good.Jefferson Park is losing a great neighborhood business.So, if you want to order anything from them to show your appreciation for all the years they have been here, NOW is the time.Good luck Marie and thank you

I had some good times picking what blossoms will use for my wedding. Everything here is superb! They were beautiful and smells pleasant. The flower vendor was cordial and made some lovely plans for me.

GREAT Place! I ordered some standing flowers for a funeral that was on Wednesday and asked that they be delivered on the same day. Without thinking I thought they should have been sent on the day before and only realized that after the shop was closed. I was panicked and thought they would not show up on time for an early morning service. The morning of the services I called early and the lady who answered (may have been the owner) was SUPER nice and explained to me that she actually called the funeral home the day before (when the ordered was placed) and confirmed with them the time of the services and made sure that the flowers got delivered before we showed up. It was nice to know that they called to check on this for me.This place is amazing and I will be back to shop with them again. Thank you Wall's Flowers for making a sad day for my family a little bit nicer. #ShopLocal

It was a nice experience for me for the first time. A very good customer service! The flowers I ordered aren't readily available in other flower shops and it usually takes a long time for others to order them. But, these flower shops only took a day to get them. They strive to provide us the best service that exceeds our expectations.

I have been ordering and picking up flowers for all occasions from this business for a over 8 years. The bouquets are always of great quality, lasting a week or more. Every bouquet is meticulously arranged with a perfect balance of premium flowers and accent/ filler flowers. Walls is without a doubt THE best floral shop on the northwest side.

I ordered flowers for our Daughter who lives in Chicago, for her Birthday. Made my purchase online (We live in California). This process was easy, I wanted to make this a special day. My Daughter was very surprised and happy. I've made it a point of asking my Daughter's for a picture of the flowers they received, to confirm they are what I purchased. And when I saw the picture I was so so disappointed, they were nothing like the picture they have to choice from. I also ordered the Deluxe with 2 Mylar balloons, and only 1 balloon was delivered. I sent and email with my complaint and never received a reply. My Sister-in-Law also made a purchase here and her order was totally not what she ordered and again only 1 balloon was delivered after order was for 2 and charges were for 2. Will make sure to inform Family & Friends.

Awesome flower shop! I was not mistaken about choosing this place for my flower needs. It was a nice experience for me for the first time. I will definitely be going to save this flower shop's contact number for future orders. I am impressed with how they handle their many customers professionally at a very fair price. Thumbs up!

I go in there from time to time and ask for a 20 dollar bouquet and they happily make me one on the spot and it always looks great!

Lovely flowers, indeed! This flower shop really has the best flowers you can have for your centerpiece, weddings, especially for your loved ones. I was really happy that I was able to purchase gorgeous flowers from them, and it was nice because I was able to acquire it at a good price. I will highly recommend this flower shop to everyone! They truly have the best flowers!

Last weekend, I came to this flower shop to order a bouquet for my mother. The flowers are splendid, distinctive, and very good in quality. The service is amazing, and the staff is very nice, supportive and sweet. The owner and other florists working here are also fantastic. This flower shop is highly recommended to all!
