Im gonna change to a walgreens that literally a mile further because the service here is abysmal. I shouldn't have to go 4 times to get one stupid prescription.

I've been on hold all day trying to reach the pharmacy. No answer. I called the store and spoke with someone about the situation, waited on hold (again), and then they hung up on me. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The absolute useless pharmacy location. I filled a prescription and instead of 90 pills they only had 5. I am calling all day for them to transfer this prescription somewhere else because I can’t skip these pills, all day, on hold and keep calling back and no one answers. Useless

This Walgreens has gone downhill so badly the pharmacy service is pure trash. I get text messages stating my meds are ready for pickup and after I show up it's never ready even if I wait an hour after the messages they are never ready.The staff seem to lack common sense or lack training to do the work efficiently. I'm extremely disappointed

Pharmacist Phong is horrible. She slowed the gates early with customers in line waiting for their prescriptions. Told those waiting they'd have to come back tomorrow.Walgreens staff ignored customers and complaints were made to the store manager who blamed the customers and told them to arrive earlier even though they were in line already.Shame on PHONG and Walgreens staff.

Trash service, went in to print out a document didnt recieve any help after explaining i did not know how to work the system. Sat there trying to figure it out myself while workers stood off to the side of me engaging in conversation instead of offering help.

This Pharmacy has the worst service ever I've been waiting for my prescription over 2 hours already I got here to pick up my prescription and it's still not ready 45 minutes more waiting on here terrible order medicine at this location
