This store isn't perfect,it's great to pick up small items and other needed things,but staff is always helpful and friendly.Pharmacy staff I have been waited on by is always courteous and helpful.The only downside is homeless people come in at times trying to steal and asking for change at times when u enter.There should absolutely be security at this location honestly...especially with most of the staff being women.

The parking lot is always packed, and getting in & out is insane. Pharmacy is immensely slow. Not kept very clean. Photo is always out of certain size film. Tall dark manager is always crabby and rude. The refrigerator section is never stocked to match capacity or items displayed on the screen door.

Terrible service don’t even waste ur time coming here. I asked a staff member for help n he said “its should be over there.” I had no clue where its over there and continued to be useless.

Don't go to this pharmacy. It's the worst I've been to, waited for an hour only to find out the pharmacist is on lunch and can't sign for prescriptions until she is back. waited for another hour pharmacists still haven't come back yet. How long of lunch do you need? Also some medication although I ordered still haven't come after a few days. What kind of service is this. People there are unfriendly, treating customs like children, especially the elders just because their English is not great. Doesn't mean that you can bully them. Bad service over all. Management don't seem to care either. Looks like I have to switch to CVS or target.

I’ve never had fast service with their photos. In addition, they post someone to watch the parking lot, because they don’t like people parking there. Even if you park there for five minutes to pick up some food across the street, this guy is quick enough to tow your car. They don’t even try to verbally warn you. Just wait for you to leave your car and immediately do this, even on Christmas Eve night. Do not recommend coming here. Go to 88 supermarket if you need something.

Just don't come here if you don't want your day ruined. They don't want you here, especially the old lady at photo/ FedEx pickup. If you're picking up a package, or doing a passport photo, it's like they're doing you a huge favor and she'll give you an attitude. It's not like she's having a bad day, everyday is a bad day for her, I've been here multiple times, every time would end up pissed off. Just avoid this place man

Eugene the pharmacist was professional and kind. I needed 2 vaccines today and after making an online appt, I was vaccinated and discharged quickly. Excellent staff and very friendly :)

It's a typical Walgreens. One cashier for one LONG line. Cashier was friendly enough. ONLY saw one other staff working the floors - short staff maybe!? Got a card for someone - there were lots to choose from. Guy outside asking everyone coming in and out for change... it's a Walgreens...

Walgreens are Walgreens and there's generally not much to distinguish one from another. This one is a tiny bit more unique than others because it has signage in Chinese, similarly to the Greektown one, since this store is located in the middle of Chinatown. But that's where the differences end. It's otherwise a pretty cookie-cutter Walgreens.
