Those 5 Stars are for the Pharmacist- (Pronounced) Sue Shill- I hope! He’s very knowledgeable & goes out of his way to provide Excellent Customer Service! Walgreen’s is lucky he’s there & I keep hoping he’ll survive in a store where he’s the EXCEPTION!

I used to love this Walgreens but now I hate it so much that I hope this one closes thislocation. The service is terrible no greetings, rude staff, ignorant customers,n i asked them to open a box they told me nokey and cant sell the cookie .Why do you have it on the shelf if you can't sell it . U must be an idiot if you have the cookies on the shelf and can't sell it you must be lazy. Please close all locations service sucks at all times.

Our cashier was nice, but the security in the front of the store kept harassing my friend and I about the rewards program in a demeaning, disgusting way. He insisted that we would get “free nuts, oil, and a banana” if we joined and would NOT LEAVE US ALONE. Never visiting again, can’t believe the manager on duty (who was there the whole time) didn’t do anything.

Worst service in the city. Perpetually understaffed and out of stock. Beware - pickup prices are often different than in store.

My 4 year old had food poisoning and I ordered medicine at 7, we tried to walk and get it ourself but he kept vomiting so we came back. The order said it could be delivered before 9. It was delayed so I called at 9 to make sure it was still coming. Spoke with several people kept telling me they would call me back , never did. Needless to say I’m still without medicine and he’s running a fever.

The pharmacist here is fantastic, a very welcomed change from almost every other Walgreens. Not sure the guys name, but he was extremely helpful and kind. WALGREENS EXECS - PAY ATTENTION TO THIS! You need more pharmacy employees like this

I am so grateful to the pharmacist here. He is wonderful and goes the extra mile for patients. I was traveling from out of state and needed an asthma prescription refilled immediately. My doc sent it to this store, but I didn't get there until 2 minutes after they'd closed - doors and windows were all locked down. But i needed the medication, so I knocked. The pharmacist - possibly Sushil - actually came out to help me. He had already closed out of the computer system, but he found my prescription and forwarded it to another store a few blocks away that was still open. What a caring and awesome guy.

Went in to the store yesterday because my prosthetic leg was coming ask if I could use the restroom I was told no and the manager told to go in the back by pharmacy and fix my leg after I told the lady I would have to remove my jogging pants she just laughed and walk away

Shame on this store. I visited at 6:05 pm on a Saturday afternoon. There was a man in a wheelchair attempting to enter the store. However, the normal door that has a handicap open button was not working and the security guard on duty was attempting to force him to use the revoling door. There was one normal door open, so I opened it for the gentleman from the inside. The security guard scolded me, saying I need to take that up with management. And he proceeded to lock both normal doors that have handicap open buttons. Well, hello management! I'm letting you know this is an ADA violation. Your security guard locked all normal doors with handicap open buttons. I do intend to make this an incident report.
