I did not realize the pharmacy is no longer 24 hour. Maybe it never was but regardless I showed up at 5:40 asking to transfer prescriptions from Irving Park which had already closed. Not only was I informed they close at 6 PM. I was told “do you have about 10 minutes I can get this ready for you. No sense in making an extra trip down here if you’ve got the time I can fill all your prescriptions” shocked and amazed, does not begin to describe how I feel about this employee!!! The entire time he was cheerful, friendly, and smiling. I just wish I got his name. He has the really cool earrings that stretch the earlobes. I hope he sees this and I hope his managers see this.

My God they are rude and useless here. Even the pharmacy has no understanding of customer service or social skills. The pharmacist couldn’t answer a single question and all she really had to say was that I needed a clinic location instead of a pharmacy (my doctor had sent me to that location mistakenly) but instead gave me attitude and acted confused longer than she needed to when she knew all along that it was just the wrong location. This isn’t rocket science. If you don’t know what to do with my order/prescription, then say I will need a different location. It isn’t a life or death situation.

Visited this Walgreens on 12/31 and had the pleasure of speaking with David P. He was extremely enthusiastic about his job and showed tremendous customer care. Will be coming back to this location whenever I am in town.

I recently had an unpleasant shopping experience at Walgreens where I purchased cigarettes as gifts, intending to take them back to my home country. The staff did not inform me that cigarettes were non-refundable, so I ended up buying four packs. Later, I realized that three of the brands were not what I needed. When I returned to the store to refund the unwanted items, I was told that cigarettes are non-returnable.The salesperson had not clearly explained the return policy for different products. Additionally, my electronic receipt did not display specific terms and even included a QR code for returns. The store manager was also impatient while explaining this to me. Overall, this was a very unpleasant shopping experience. I felt misled and cheated as a customer. There should be more detailed explanations and notifications regarding special items.

Staff may be over worked but were disrespectful, inattentive, and seem to profile shoppers. Would not recommend shopping here.

In the past I had no issues with getting my prescriptions. There is a new manager and I have experienced multiple issues since. Some pharmacists come in 20 minutes late. My doctor sent in a script and changed directions so I couldget it that day. Pharmacist told meno that I would have to wait 2 days. I said no my doctor changed it so I could get it sooner. Another one that I said to cancel and I would get it later. The script was deleted no record of it. My doctor had to send it again. I get a notification something wrong with the same script a week later. I called and was told there was no problem. Very sad the service has been horrible in the past 2 to 3 months. I always have had a good relationship with the pharmacist. Very disappointed in the service.

I have no idea how this pharmacy is still in business (I suspect they won't be soon). The pharmacy staff told me to go to CVS if I needed my prescription. I have and recommend others do as well.

I had tried to order a pick up to this location for a perfume gift set, but was emailed a hour later saying it was cancelled cause there wasn't any in stock ( even tho according to site, they had some). I took bus to store and they did have a few perfume, just not gift set. Now, a whole week later, I get a email from Walgreens asking me how it went with my pick-up and am I enjoying my purchase. ?. Really?! Someone is sleeping on the job. Time for a employee meeting.?
