The Walgreens itself and pharmacy are fine. But there is one lady that has been working there for years that frankly should have been fired ages ago. She’s racist, snappy, and rarely does her job. I don’t know her name, so the best I can do is describe her as a middle aged Asian woman around 5’2 in height.
I kid you not, she’s made comments that include calling my mom old and asking “how is she not dead yet.” A couple years ago I stood in line as she questioned if this one Black individual would be able to pay for a more expensive item. I’ve also seen her follow Black customers around, which is racist as hell. At other times, she stands in the aisles and if a line forms, will often eyeball it and refuse to check people out until the line gets shorter.
And today she finally did one last thing that made me write this review. As I was checking out and inserted my card, her computer system went down. She then said “what are you? Stupid? You broke the computer.” Then told me I need to tap my card that I cannot tap. I tried to insert it again and she cussed me out, grabbed the card, and did something on the her end. Meanwhile there’s a line behind me as she continues to chew me out until I finally turned to her and said, “how my card works is none of your business. Your computer system is none of mine, I don’t work here. There’s bigger issues in the world, move on.” And walked away.
Walgreens, you guys need to reevaluate the standards of your employees because this person is notably awful to everyone. It’s quite literally known around this neighborhood to avoid Walgreens when this lady is working as she’s horrid to everyone and has been there forever.

Amita is the most caring human and pharmacist possible. Will always go out of her way for her clients.
The new recent manager is a foul, arrogant human who tries to make customers’ experience as difficult as possible. Why this so-called person works in a service industry is strange. We have never met anyone in this industry who is more uncaring and officious.
Ask for Amita! The best of the best!

This place is well organized and all the employees are nice and friendly. They do need security to keep shop lifters from stealing.

It feels impossible to get anyone in pharmacy to answer the phone.I’ve called multiple instances, and been put on hold so long I eventually hung up. Today is the third time it’s happened this year. It’s frustrating enough that there’s a full minute of phone menu options to get through, but then I spend 10 minutes listening to the same hold music and still can’t even find out what’s going on with my medication without physically going to the pharmacy and talking to the employees there, who seems to be constantly struggling to keep up with customer needs.Combined with the many problems in the Walgreens app it really feels like Walgreens doesn’t care about their customers OR their employees health and well-being.

Re: FLU SHOT appointment. I booked a flu shot appointment a few days in advance for 1:15pm on Mon 10/11/2022. Arrived on time and waited in line to check in and asked if I could get a booster at same time... "not now, you have to schedule it"...Ok, no problem! I got checked in at 1:20 pm. When I asked about 15 mins later "how much longer..how many people were ahead of me?", she pointed to about 5-6 people sitting/standing around waiting. (they give shots behind a collapsible blue wall in waiting area). I was shocked and conveyed that I had a scheduled appointment and had NO paperwork to fill out since I did it the week before online. I wait another 30 mins...The nurse giving shots leaves from the cubby/blue wall and disappears behind glass wall to Pharmacy...Me: "what is going on?? I had a 1:15pm for one shot. It's now 45 mins later." Gal behind Pharmacy counter "Sorry, they need to get more ready for next round". The nurse had finished all of the people before me, btw. It's now 2:05 pm,.. I am super frustrated as I have a 2:30 appt a mile away. Finally at 2:15 pm someone comes out to blue wall/cubby and gives me the shot. I am done in 30 seconds. 0 stars for the experience, but gave them 2 since I did get a flush shot in the end. NEVER AGAIN... :(

I went to this Walgreens last night to get some drinks I asked the manager if there was a bathroom I can use. He looked up at me and said no we don't I said okay. The man was falling over. He legit was doped out. I asked him are you okay and he started laughing like a crazy hyena and the security was some dude who was staring down learned over the counter. It was very weird and ridiculous. Made me and my friends very uncomfortable

The male pharmacist named Alex is so rude. Came here to get my booster and flu shot, he was short and condescending. The irony of it all is that his mask was a smiley face.

Not there Pharmacy their very Heartlessness! I’ve been with Walgreens on Diversey and Broadway for over 25 yrs , it’s closed but this one is right down the street they’ve Transferred their Patients to direct over here ! But they have a bunch of Young Adults that’s meaningless when it comes to peoples health I’ve been out Blood

We came here to take photos and our experience is the best we've ever had with all photo places. Hunter is extremely patient and considerate and has a good sense of humor - tried many times until finding the best fit for the specifications and also brought a cardboard for our little one to make a good picture. We greatly appreciate Hunter's service!

They follow black customers around your following wrong person i will contact cooperate next time worry about getting the lines down they never have enough cashier. They always have expired products.

Manger was extremely rude. He literally fallowed me as if I was going to steal something. Then blatantly says to another employee keep his eyes on me. Never going back to this Walgreens again!!!
