This is by far the worst Walgreens in the Chicago. The customer service sucks. I avoid this Walgreens because of the customer service but I must shout out Arianna the woman I met today. Best customer service I’ve seen from this store.Walgreens get it together. This place drains my energy so by all means I only come her as a last resort.

I walked to this Walgreens from a nearby hotel with a friend while staying 2 days for new years.We took the nearby train and felt it was a decent area.The staff and locals were friendly once you talked to them.Average Walgreens to me terms of stock and experiance.Was a bit busy for only 1 checkout lane.Did see some petty shoplifting while in the area.

abysmal customer service. actually some of the worst ive seen in a minute. rude cashier didn't know how to talk to people. overpriced cheese. four dollars for shredded? like hell ill pay for that. i hate coming here, it's been ghetto since i was a kid so im not surprised anymore. one star. become better people.

Another one in Hyde Park that is hit or miss. Same problems as the one on 55th. Let's be honest, ALL of the Walgreens have the same issues. I never have a problem with the staff though. They do what they can with what they have, I do feel bad for them wgen they get robbed. One thing for sure, this location doesn't take any shit from rude customers and a few have been banned from there because of it.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacy techs or whatever their titles are, are SO rude and need to be in a different field ifDealing with customers is so stressful to the point that they are yelling at the elderly. Also, After waiting hours to get a script filled they tell me that they can only partially fill my prescription. Something they could have told me long before so I could go to another pharmacy. Never again.

Ghetto Walgreens!! First of all the pharmacy is never open! When it is open its only open for like 6 hours!!! I got here at 6p and they were closed!!! The technicians give you attitudes. I got a attitude because I couldn't hear or read her lips because she was at the furthest computer away from the drive thru window.

Why the fuck is the pharmacy just randomly closed on a Thursday afternoon. I go in and they tell me the pharmacy is just not open today. And since I need them to be open to be able to have my very important medicine transferred to another store, I have gone without it all day making my condition worse. Fucking dump.

My friend dropped off cameras to get developed.....when you call to see if they are ready, they have you on hold for a long time.....I hung up and called back, the girl finally answers the phone, she tells me the pictures are ready, I ask how much she couldn't tell my the price because there were so many......Anyway, my friend ask me to pick up her pictures today, so I,m there at Walgreens on 47th and Lake Park, I ring the bell the guy comes over and ask can I help you, I told what I was here for, he brought me the pictures, didn't look happy at all, he started ringing the bar codes on the envelopes and the pictures came to $246.00.....I had asked if I could look thru the pictures to make sure they were clear, he said no, I can,t let you do that...I said, how would I know if they all came out, he said you would have to pay then you can see them.....my friend said no don,t pay anything....I asked how long can you hold them, he said 30 to 60 days.....the moral of this story....people should not work with the public if they have nasty ATTITUDE ?

I called because I really needed some medication and the manager Erica was AMAZING and helped me locate the medication I needed so I could get it picked up. She made me feel like I am valued as a customer and walgreens made a GREAT decision hiring her and putting her in a management position!Thanks again for EXCELLENT service!
