Nicole helped me so much. I am 76 years old and she handled any confusion that I had. Best employee I ever had.

Needs to be updated, tremendously understaffed (although most people have been polite) BUT has a huge, free parking lot for me which is great if you’re worried about people messing up your car

I was under the impression that the company was supposed to have available bathrooms at every location. I have been to this location several times over a lengthy period of time and the bathroom always says “out of order” and the employees were really rude and wouldn’t let me use the employee restroom or anything.
I know there are homeless in the area who take advantage of public bathrooms but keeping the bathroom locked from paying customers is a BAD strategy.
I can tell you most of my purchases at Walgreens are typically impulsive and quite a few times I’ll admit it was after I stopped to use the bathroom at one.
CVS FTW!

I went to purchase an item that was located in the pharmacy area. Someone got the item out of the case for me and since it was OTC med I went to check out at the pharmacy like most other Walgreens I go to. I asked if I could use the bathroom and I was told that the bathroom was closed and had to take my purchase to the front very rudely. BTW they had just let in another customer to use the restroom in front of my face. I guess they like to pick and choose who they let in.I left the item on the counter and said Goodbye. I happened to be working in the area that day but I won't go back to this location if they are that rude. I will.stick to my regular neighborhoid Walgreens that is much nicer.

It is way too difficult filling a simple Rx.

Unreliable and unhelpful. The pharmacy told me a medication was in stock. When I transferred my prescription and tried to pick up, they said it hasn’t been in stock for months. They don’t answer the phone either.

I called in a prescription yesterday without reading the reviews. After reading, I was tempted to transfer my medication to CVS, but I decided to give the pharmacy a try before doing so.
To everyone who’s leaving 1 star reviews — Why???
This is the nicest Walgreens I’ve been to in a while. News flash: there will be a wait at any pharmacy in any major city.
I arrived shortly after 9:30 AM, waited a total of 2 minutes, then was greeted with a smile by the pharmacy tech. The tech helped me figure out my insurance and was knowledgeable.
If you’re reading this, give this spot a try. I’m happy I did!

I gotta stop sending my medicine here. Impossible to get a hold of them. If you call they will answer and put you back on hold multiple times…
I do feel for the staff but this Walgreens system is broken.

Pharmacy had me on hold for like 47 min only drop the call, manager had me on hold another 15min and never got me to pharmacy. The level of incompetence here is insane!

Even though it is new and renovated, it feels messy. The personnel are lacking in customer service and unpredictable. There's always drama happening or about to happen. This was renovated to replace the one in 6 corners, and it is disappointing to say the least. The pharmacy section is probably one of the worst I have seen in the franchise.

I want to start this off by saying I feel bad for the staff. It seems chaotic all the time and they seem to not have enough people for the volume they experience. I also work in a customer facing job in the area and know people can be demanding and rude to the point of dehumanizing. However, I continually have issues getting prescriptions here and today was the worst so far. I called twice around 10am, first time I was hung up on after being on hold for about 10 mins and when I finally got through to someone I was told my prescription would be refilled. Great. I checked my prescription status online a few hours later assuming it would be ready and it said I had no active prescriptions in the system. I then called again around 3pm and was told they did not fill it due to insurance issues (I use goodrx to pay for this medication and have literally every time and have to call literally every time and tell them a second time to fill it with this information even though it is already in the system.) A second person told me my prescription would be ready later in the day. I went in physically to check after not seeing anything in the system after a few hours and they told me it was out of stock. It’s now the end of the day and I will have to wait until tomorrow to call my doctor to transfer to another pharmacy. No apology or even an acknowledgment of a mistake on their part. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve now visited four separate times to attempt a pickup of one prescription. They are closed randomly during business hours for break schedules that aren’t posted anywhere. When they are actually open, they misidentified a prior authorization that wasn’t necessary, and then took five hours to fill the prescription when they said it would only take one hour. Literally pick any other pharmacy besides this one and you’ll have a better experience.
