Horrible. Unprofessional, unpleasant, understaffed, just all around THE worst location. This location has the most rude and not to mention unhelpful staff working there. Definitely needs to improve! ????? DO NOT RECOMMEND
Go to a different location if you can. Otherwise, try a different pharmacy

Slow service and long line at pharmacy. The main pharmacist is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've been coming here for years, but I'm switching to a competitor. Insurance reasons.

-5 stars if I could give. The manager was very unprofessional, extremely rude, disrespectful, and impatient. She’s white, in her 30-40ish, with brownish hair, thick eyeliner. She refused to accept my return which with original receipt, unopened package. I bought 1 pack of thermocare patches, 1 pack of salonpas yesterday. But found out my husband already bought some when I got home. I decided to return those today. She lied to me that she’s not carrying those items in the store. I checked they do carry those items in there. She said I have to go to the original store to return. I had to drive further to go to the original store and returned it smoothly. The original store employee told me that she should accept my return. Also I was told by Walgreens customer service that she should accept my return. When I went back and asked her about the return policy, why she didn’t accept the return. She starting yelling at me, then walked away without any explanation. When I asked her to give me some answer. She yelled at me “leave!out of my store. You are not allowed in my store. Leave now. I will call police. “ What’s wrong with her!!! Worst experience ever!!! She’s not qualified as a manager or an employee at Walgreens.Also I saw many bad reviews on google about her. All about Rude, yelling, impatient, and unprofessional.

The employees in the pharmacy could definitely use more training or may need to be replaced all together. They lack customer service skills and trying to get anyone to answer the phone is impossible.

Yesterday, I went to buy some medicines at this Walgreens pharmacy, and the person at the main cashier was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I couldn't complete the purchase and left the items at the checkout due to the disrespectful and unpleasant attitude of that employee. People like that don't deserve to work in customer service roles. Instead of helping, they end up ruining your day and making you feel inferior.

Don’t wast ur time! Better go CVS is two block away on left. Any families out their don’t buy baby pacifier U can’t return them. Even I brought it 3 hrs ago with receipts and unopened baby pacifier. Don’t bother asking help they get annoyed. THE worst employee!!!

I approached a gathering of employees to ask them how I get one of the locked up lotions. One said it was her day off and the other said she doesn't have a key and just walked away from me. So I go stand in line to ask the cashier. She pages for people and they never come. I end up having to press a customer service button in another area to even get their attention. Understaffed and low quality customer service. Store didn't even have all the products I needed.
