If you ever want to get ahold of your pharmacy over the phone, go to any other Walgreens. No exaggeration when I say that it is at LEAST a 10 minute wait when you call. And to top it off, the Pharmacist keeps answering once the hold has been so long that elevator music stops, and the phone starts to ring, so you think they’ll answer. Instead it’s put right back on hold for about 10 more times until they’re “ready”. It has been like this for years so I don’t see this changing, unfortunately it is the closest one to me.
Also, I’ve had issues with my prescription not being in stock when it really was. When I was told medication was out of stock and would be ready the next day, it wasn’t a problem. I went in the next day and they said it was out of stock. When I pressed about it because I needed the medication that day, all of a sudden they were able to fill that prescription.
This is one of many instances where I’ve had issues getting medication on time from this Walgreens.

Best Walgreen around for passport photos. We went to many Walgreens but there was always an issue: no screen, broken camera, no photo service in the afternoon, no backdrop change possible for European passport pictures. Here, the staff was knowledgeable, in particular Natalie who was very helpful and efficient!

I can't speak on the pharmacy as I've only been to them a handful of times but I DO know that the Walgreens Corporate heads are ok with understaffing and overworking their people, it's really quite obvious. I also know that they do not guarantee part timers consistent hours so that they can schedule a life for themselves.
On the other hand, I'd like to give a big shout out to Mary Lou and Justice for top tier service and every other employee whose name I can't remember.

Absolute joke. Nobody will answer your call, you are immediately placed on hold. I called several times in one evening, not once did I speak with an actual human.

ANDY is the rudest cashier I have ever encounter. He is so unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Definitely filling a complaint. Do not recommend going to this walgreens.

I’ve been to a lot of terrible Walgreens locations, but this one may be the worst primarily the pharmacy. I wasn’t able to fill my prescription online so I had to call. The first call I was on hold for 10 minutes and I thought maybe they forgot about me, so I called back again and then that call took an additional 20 minutes for someone to finally answer. I finally talk to someone and get my prescription filled and head to the pharmacy. There’s 15 people in line, which takes another 20 minutes for me to actually get my prescription. Once I’m at the counter, I see the woman who I was on the phone with repeatedly sending the phone to hold. You can’t force people to call to get their prescriptions and then repeatedly keep them on hold. Clearly they need more staff but are doing nothing about it as I’ve been going here for over a year now and it’s always this busy. I tried to call and complain to the pharmacist and then was put on another hold for 15 minutes and gave up after wasting over an hour of my time on this pharmacy. Don’t get me started on the pathetic size of the parking lot that has spots that don’t fit normal sized cars and you’re just asking to get hit.

The WORST Walgreens!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. They messed up my prescription by giving me less than what was prescribed. When I called them to discuss the issue and get the rest of my prescription, they said their manager Andrew was out on vacation and they won’t prescribe me the rest of my medication until he is back in 5 days. Insane.

People here at this location are very welcoming, and they know you by name when entering. The manager that is there is nice and is always running around with a smile on his face. I’m reading the previous reviews about pharmacy being rude and whatnot…..they surely don’t know what it is like working in healthcare setting. The pharmacist and their staff were great to me, I’m just your average joe and they treated me like I was one of their own. PEOPLE LISTEN THEYRE DOING THE BEST THEY CAN HAVE SOME PATIENCE WITH THEM!G.M MBA

41 mins on hold to speak to the pharmacy after receiving an email notification that my prescription wasn't filled and I need to call the pharmacy. I ended up driving to the pharmacy and was still on hold while standing in line. I watched Andrew continue to put my call on hold. Andrew has to be the worst and not even a smidge apologetic about waiting 41 mins. Then I needed to wait another 10 mins to have my prescription filled. I understand being busy but 41 mins on hold is ridiculous. Especially when there are 4 employees back there. Very much considering going to CVS.
