If I could give 0 stars I would. This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst ever. Every single time I call it takes 40-50 mins to get a pharmacist on the phone no matter what time you call. And then they even have a 2 hour lunch break where you can't speak to anyone! Not customer centric at all! It's not better if you go in person with the lines, typically five people deep and only one staff member on hand to deal with drive-through, pharmacy, and in person customers. I have been going to Walgreens for over 20 years, but this is single-handedly the worst location on earth!

To customers: go ANYWHERE else. Beware! The bad ratings are for a good reason. I found out too late and ended up with a boot on my car!
As others said well: They boot your car in a preditory manner if you step out of the parking lot AT ALL. It doesnt matter if you already bought items there. They will record you leaving the parking lot.
---
To Walgreens Owner and Corporate: Congratulations, your store here has lost a lifetime customer. Why? Let's call it a "slap on the wrist" to you for doing the same to me!
This Walgreens has TWO different signs about parking. One, the standard towing sign, the other is about a booting company. Turns out I only read the standard tow sign thinking it was the same.
My bad for wandering off the lot. Really. I was thinking after I picked up my pharmacy order, did a lab test at the on-site test facility, AND bought some items in the store that I could cross the street and grab a to-go order of food. This is the basic culture most of us grew up on, getting our errands done at once. Before you, I did this at Blockbuster Video or Sportsmart in the same intersection, for the past 30 years. Frankly I was killing time while my partner was at the hospital office next door. Just 5 minutes later, I was back on-site and found I got a boot in that narrow time.
Again, my bad for leaving for FIVE minutes. I guess that warrants a $170 "slap on the wrist" to me. Yet, your lot was empty, not like I was in the way of other customers. Yet I paid, not like I was just browsing. And yet I'm local, hence the pharma and lab work.
So guess what, now you too get a "slap on the wrist" back. I know it doesn't mean anything much to a giant corporation, but I'm going to CVS, Osco, or anyone else now.
Go ask your marketing team what the "lifetime value" of a loyal customer looks like, and I'm sure my $170 parking fee is chump change versus what you lose from me now hating your chain. Just in your cut of pharmaceuticals it's way more than this stupid "slap my wrist" fee.
And I'm telling everyone I know about this bull.

Stood for 10 minutes waiting for someone to open the plexiglass so I could grab a jar of lotion. After asking nicely at the front checkout if someone could help me, an employee told me I had to wait and was very rude when they arrived. When I leaned down to grab it, the employee prevented me from doing so and said that they had to pick it up and that it would be waiting for me at the cash register. The plexiglass process is annoying enough without the need to go above and beyond to treat everyone like a potential thief. I've never been back despite this store being around the corner. I now order my lotion on Amazon.

I have really tried to make this my pharmacy over the last year because you can’t beat the location, but I would rather walk a half a mile to CVS because of how in distress and inefficient this pharmacy is. They never have any medication in stock at the pharmacy, even the most basic of pharmacy drugs you arrive and it takes them a half an hour to fill the drugs even when you call them in advanced. They don’t even call you to update you if the medication is delivered or never arrived. Their sale stickers are often misleading and not marked correctly, not taken down or placed at all. You can tell the whole store looks run down, dilapidated as if closing down any day. There are rarely good deals and the coupons are rare and laughable, bad compared to the closest CVS. They also have beggars standing at their front door making people uncomfortable and I don’t know why they don’t have enough security. Not sure what’s going on there but I won’t be back.

The store manager woman is extremely mean and scary. The pharmacist is useless and doesn’t care about the patients’ medical problems.

This store has some of the best employees in the Walgreens chain. The store is clean and well maintained. The pharmacy provides exceptional service.

Worst pharmacy I’ve experienced. Can’t get medications on time, 10-15 minutes minimum for the staff to pick up a call. On 20 minutes of being on hold right now. Poor communication with providers as well on matters concerning insurance.

Staff are incompetent and slow with zero customer service awareness. Two staff standing at the registrar. One playing on her phone with 5 people in line. The other acting like she has never seen a cash register before. I actively avoid going to Walgreens unless I absolutely have to, since I know check out is guaranteed to be a ten minute ordeal.

I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. There are a couple of great employees, but their system is always “losing” prescriptions and there is one female tech who is completely rude and refuses to look into issues. Her last words to me were “I don’t deal with the system” and then she hung up the phone and walked away from the drive up window. Also they will routinely not answer the phone and even pick it up (you can hear voices in the background) and put it back on hold again. Then the system will time out and hang up on you at exactly 15 min.

This location is very poorly run. Pharmacy never picks up, I’ve had multiple orders lost. They leave up in-aisle advertisements that they don’t honor at the register, it’s very misleading. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

I visited the Labcorp today and had the most frustrating experience. The staff goes on a long meal break exactly at the busiest time of the day. They are very unhelpful and totally unwilling to talk to anyone. All they say that you should check-in via the tablet screens. Of course, only one tablet works and it can't read in the driver's license and does not take the online code either. I had to leave and get back to work. It was a total waste of my time!

The pharmacy is always understaffed and often quote you inaccurate wait times. Numerous times I have been told it would be a 30 min wait for a prescription just to be told when I returned 30 min later that it would be another 30 min.

Good luck calling this pharmacy if you need anything. They keep you on hold for an hour, answer the call without saying a word and then put you back on hold within a second to reset the whole process. Then when the hold gets too long it just rings 10 times and hangs up. Finally get to speak to someone after two hours, guess what, they transfer you to the guy working the photo department who has no clue why hes talking to you. He transfers back to pharmacy and pharmacy starts talking about being short staffed and having to work too many hours in such short time so its ok that they hung up earlier because they are overworked. Then to top it all off, they hang up again without resolving anything.
