I have twice gone to make copies of photos. I'm older and not very tech savvy. The associates at photo, Christine. Shanine, and Ray were wonderful. Very helpful and extremely patient with my lack of knowledge. Employees like these are what cause customers to choose this location.

This review is for the pharmacy only, but out of the several Walgreens in the area I visit to fill prescriptions, their pharmacy is the friendliest and provides the best customer service. The manager is top notch and should be a model for other pharmacies in the Walgreens network.

Except for Rosalie and the Pharmacy everyone at this store seems to have a attitude. Very unlikable people, who offer no help at all. I only go for convenience (walking distance).

DON'T GO TO THIS WALGREENS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They are in cahoots with a car booting company. I would've gladly parked on the street, but figured it wasn't necessary since the signage is NOT readily visible. What a racket. Note in the photo how the sign seems to have magically appeared from behind the bushes AFTER I returned to my car.

I had asked the person at the register to put $20 on my Ventra card. She gave me a seven day pass that expires on the seventh day. I go ahead and go use my card a second time not knowing that it was on a seven day pass and it says it’s going to expire tomorrow which is the 10th. I go in and to the store and ask what can we do about this? They said well why don’t you come in the same exact day you decided to put the money back on your card I was clearly upset and told them I expected just the money to be there not a pass for 7 day why would I do that if I have a bus card this is a A very wack store that needs better management and better understanding staff

Extremely rude customer service, especially from managers. They are constantly staring when I am simply trying to make a decision between products, but they definitely turn a blind eye when you need them. It doesn't help that it's in a fairly dangerous corner with homeless activity in the corner. Definitely avoid it.

Pharmacy review only: went to pick up a script that was called in. Pharmacy personnel looked up my name and said, "we don't have it". No looking in the bins, just "we don't have it". The other pharmacists said, "what are you talking about, I just filled it?" Not super professional, lazy I dare say. Also, tried to get Prednisolone script called in...and guess what? ZERO in stock. The most common steroid and they have none. Avoid. There are hundreds of pharmacies in Chicago that are competent and stocked with minimums.

My meds are never ready, even after I get a text and email saying they are ready for pick up. Has happened multiple times and when I ask why I get no explanation.

Horrible. I've come here two times for vaccines and each time they reschedule the appointment without telling you. So you'll show up for your appointment and pull up your confirmation code and it'll show that your appointment is the next week or similar. But if you had taken a screenshot of the original confirmation with original times and show it to them, they say "oh well you were notified" and tell you to get lost.
