worst customer service, almost 2 days i’ve been calling to check the status of meds for my child, this is very important, after the operator, they will play music and after ringing i ended up hang up, i dont know why they not answering, unbelievable, in two days they dont have time to answer the phone, oh common just give me a second to answer the very important medicine.

The pharmacy is guaranteed to leave you frustrated. They consistently are out of what I need. This last time they cancelled my order altogether after two weeks of me waiting and didn't bother telling me. Today my wife picked up my PREPAID meds. She gave them the code and they charged her anyways. When I called they brushed me off without even an apology. They are rude and unorganized.

Waited over 30 minutes in line for a vaccination appointment only for the pharmacist to tell me they “ran out” of vaccines and now I have to drive down to Peterson and Lincoln. Not only that but when I asked her a question she gave me attitude back. Overall a very ghetto unprofessional Walgreens I will not be returning!

Terrible service and very unprofessional , I was totally profiled and Hung up on when trying to speak to this young man in pharmacy he didn't want to listen to me , He wanted to.listen too himself! So I got terrible service , I had to call manager and tell him what happened because I had a house full of caregivers and family and this gentleman was in speaker phone and everyone's mouth dropped with disbelief

The customer service here is incredible from the moment you walk into the door your greeted the employees are always to happy upbeat and positive so grateful for the staff both from the store and pharmacy:)
