I’ve had consistently negative experiences with Walgreens' order pickup service. The photo counter is frequently unattended, forcing me to search for store employees or wait in the cashier line. This issue has occurred at multiple Walgreens locations in the city, including the one at 5625 N Ridge. I would not recommend using the online ordering and pickup service.

Their pharmacy service is the worst I have seen not only in this entire region plus one of the worst customer service I have been witnessing over the past eight years. Even the technicians who work are extremely rude all the time. It’s horrible and very disappointing. It has been always like this all the time. I don’t know if they are not paid enough salary or they don’t get enough help from the management. But by far this is one place where I have encountered worst customer service at all times.

This is the worst store as far as Pharmacy goes, they keep you on hold for hours, upon answering still goes into music still on hold. So done with this location for medication.

Cashier was a young guy with glasses and dark hair. Terrible customer service. I suggest learning how to talk to people if your job is literally talking to people and dealing with them all day.

Pharmacy is closed today WHY exactly??? Couldn't get what I needed because this location and the one at Peterson are both closed and there's not even a holiday. No warning. Nothing.

When I was at the pharmacy they never confirmed the medication to me before they sold me without knowing it when I went back to return it they telling each other Aijez khan was like so rude to me and other 2 were like trying pretending they don't know anything. The items were not returned. They were talking behind the counter nay, yeh ? You should inform before you ring the items medicine. It such a waste of money!! I paid out of pocket and they never applied 340B plan as well Aisan human service told me clearly that you get 340B through them AHS told me not to pay. They don't know anything easy way out working fast and messing up medicine is not the good service!! Pharmacy is people working up there so rude the whole team Specially Aijaz khan laughing for what? It's your fault Pharmacy never confirm with me they just sold me.

Let me add my truthful one star review to all of the others. Picking up and putting callers on hold is extremely unprofessional, but guess what - standard practice here! This happened to me, and it was repeated over a 10 minute period. I even got in my car and went to this location to not only ask for the status of my prescription, but then I asked "is something wrong with your phones?" The person behind the counter AND THE MANAGER both had a "deer in headlights" look, and used the tired excuse of "we're short today". It only takes 3 seconds to pick up, say "Walgreens Pharmacy, please hold a moment", instead of being rude and non responsive.Customer service does NOT exist at this location.

the pharmacy does not care about their patients. i am constantly on hold for like 20 minutes. i can hear them pick up and put the phone back on hold every so often. why are you in healthcare if you don’t have simple compassion for people? why do you treat patients who come to you in need like beggars? everyone has an attitude and act like they’re doing you a favor for doing their job. disgusting.
