I always have a hard time to get my medicine they don't have all of my meds then i got to go back in 2weeks to get them I have bad legs and hip can't walk with the pain they need help or something

I was in side I saw 3 African people stolen one was 5 big container Folgers coffee the other 2 stolen 5 24 cases of beer 2 employees seen and don't do anything.

Not the employees fault, but computers computers were slow and the techs were unable to look up basic and important information about meds since the system was failing... This resulted in a long line of people waiting for meds and a big crowd of people waiting around for basic info while one tech tried to navigate her slow and bad computer system to help them.
Try a different Walgreens or go somewhere else if you have better insurance than me...

They keep you on repeat hold for 20 minutes up til it hits 11 am to then be the first person to get on the line and say they are going on a 30 minute break that you need to call back? Like wait what? Excuse me, you get on the phone to tell me to call back when I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes ? This place is a waste of time. Everything down to their customer service is the worst. If I could give negative reviews I would. Carla you should be embarrassed to have a pharmacy staff who operates your establishment the way they do.

main issues are with the pharmacy. if you go during the day it takes them an obscenely long time to get through the line, best to use the drive thru if you have access to a car. i’ve also had countless issues for the past few months trying to obtain a prescription and it’s been on back order for the longest time. i went in once to ask in person (after waiting in the ridiculously long line) and the pharmacist said that they would have the medication by tuesday, i was told this lie about a month and a half ago. called in to see if they had any other alternative medications for the issue i’m facing and they said they can’t tell me because i’m not a doctor and for “safety concerns”. i’m having to jump through a ridiculous amount of hoops to get my needed medication. this pharmacy is inefficient and the lead pharmacist lies about an eta on my medication. please go somewhere else if you can and save some trouble because that’s the only thing you’ll get here

One of the pharmacy techs is rude and incompetent. Instead of explaining why they couldn't fill a prescription, she just got stank and tried to brush me off before the pharmacist stepped up and explained.

This is the best Walgreens pharmacy in the city. I have gotten vaccines and prescriptions here and the pharmacist is really helpful. It is well-staffed and the pharmacy staff are friendly and efficient. It is a hidden gem in the Humboldt Park neighborhood.

Horrible wait time in Pharmacy. They have signs that state 30 minute parking limit. It takes longer than that waiting in line to get your medications from the pharmacy. Drive thru is just a long of a wait. Hire another person to handle the drive thru while the others handle the customers at the counter. Also add a sign that states no public restrooms since customers are always told the bathroom is out of order.
