I had the worst pharmacy experience I have EVER had here. The technicians and the managers were rude and showed no care. As a black male, I wonder if they treat all people as rudely as they treated me? Or was it because I was black?
I had a technician named Josue. He was more concerned about finishing his shift than making sure he finished his service in helping me get a critical medication.
I don't usually leave negative reviews and I let things go, but I'm hoping other people can read this and hopefully find a different pharmacy that will treat them well and with dignity before having the experience I did.

I went into this particular Walgreens to put money on my cash app card & it was quick service despite having one customer with no cart or shopping basket & struggling with items in her hands.

Usually don't take the time out of my day to waist on toxic human behavior, however professionalism is hard to find in this location! With few exceptions.
If you want to get your medicine in one trip without unnecessary delay Philippe pharmacist that's your men!
It can't be easy to have incompetent staff that does nothing productive while picking up their slack. I'm grateful to have you there.

Although they have many things that we need and they’re never out of stock, but they’re very short of stuff every time we read the bill to get something out of the glass case it takes them over 20 minutes that’s the only thing that’s wrong. They should hire more staff.

Felipe is the best person he knows your name always works with your doctors and insurance he is so hardworking and kind I pray that he stays at this Walgreen because he is great with the people and the staff you have a very hard working.

1/22/24 Josue on the pharmacy staff is very rude. They have with long wait times, store staff is very rude....the whole store need customer service training skills or to be shut down. I will never patronize this store ever again. I transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy today!

I wonder why it has low stars … let me add to it! The pharmacy customer service is so sad! You can tell they hate they hate their job because it’s shows. I’ll never go back here again and wouldn’t recommend it! It be your own kind treating you as such! Just straight ridiculous I’ll pray y’all find something better and I said pray because i wouldn’t hire yall in God not in the mist.

Extremely slow store. The pharmacy will regularly get clogged by a customer who needs more assistance, and because they never put more than one person up front, it delays everyone and lines regularly form. I now expect a medication pickup to take 20 minutes here.
