I recently tried curbside pickup and was very disappointed. After entering the space number and waiting over 10 minutes for my order, I had to go inside to retrieve it. The photo counter was unattended, so I had to wait in the cashier line to talk to someone. I have had the exact same experience multiple times at different Walgreens locations in the city other than this location (like 6140 N Western). I wouldn't recommend ordering online for pickup.

This pharmacy is complete trash. Dropped off a script and they told me it would be 2 hours. Then, they never even filled it when I returned. Chose them because of their late hours but never again. Hope corporate shuts this location down.

Please read: this pharmacy is dangerous. For the second time I was given the wrong medicine and the pharmacy shrugged their shoulders. Today I was given the wrong medicine and the medicine I needed for a serious health issue. When I told the pharmacy there was no protocol. They acted like there was nothing they could do. I asked to talk to the pharmacist and was told she was busy. The manager was out today. There was no one on charge to talk to. Someone is going to get the wrong medicine and take it and possibly have severe adverse reactions. I'm sorry this pharmacy has constant turn over. They have floater staff all the time. But it doesn't matter. Ur dealing with medicine that effects the health of ur customers and they don't seem to care.

Every single thing is locked up and you have to wait for someone to unlock things. If you want something from a different department, you have to go ask and wait again.

All I wanted to do was transfer a prescription and they picked up the phone relatively quickly but they just said this is Walgreens so I asked if this was the pharmacy and they said duh this is the pharmacy. I don’t know why everyone needs to be so rude but every single Walgreens that I have to deal with because they don’t have my medication. One of them and I have to go to another. One is always so rude. I really need to never use Walgreens but somehow I just say it when I’m at the doctor. anyways I could give negative to Walgreens from this point on rest of my life forever.

Waited almost 2 hours on the phone for the pharmacy, finally just drove all the way up there to find a paper sign in the window saying pharmacy closed. Manager on the phone said “SUPPOSEDLY the pharmacist called off today.” Says I have to call the store to find out if the pharmacy is closed. How can I do that when I’m on the phone waiting for 2 hours to be helped. Whack Walgreens, transferring all of my scripts somewhere else.

Avoid this point!!! I ordered medicines on Thursday and went to pick them up on Friday. They weren't prepared. I waited a very long time even though there were only 2 customers. They gave me different medicines than what I ordered. This is not a pharmacy, this is one big DISASTER.

4th or 5th time not being open during listed hours. Earlier this year they also managed to lose a COVID test so I never got my results.

I also echo the recent reviews of Yanni, Kris, Jack and RC. I had the worst experience of customer service, medical help, and professionalism in my life at this location recently. To the point I had to call for medical and legal advice dealing with this pharmacy and their employees, specifically the pharmacist as others had noted below. The situation was so bad that the pharmacist stole my property including my personal information and billing credit card info and still has it and will not give it back. I called corporate to complain so I hope this gets addressed. Otherwise, I would advise people to stay away from this location as it is dangerous and unsafe to be there.

Embarrassingly horrible pharmacy team on the evening of Oct 27. Sad to say rude, and seemingly not very well trained group. Note to management, please review this team and help them. We all win when you have a better prepared and professional staff. They were neither.
