I do receive medication from Walgreens pharmacies, sad to say they want answer the phones or put you off to another line that want be answered, facts. I stood inside and just called and when 8 say they were just lifting the receiver and putting the phone back on the hook, this was done for two hours straight, I then decided to just go get the medication and I hear the head pharmacist tell the worker don’t answer the phone. I was mortified to say the least when soooo many persons depend on these Walgreens to give prescriptions that was prescribed without issues. I wish I didn’t need their services but I do, so yeah, get on your food game Walgreens be a you really leave things desired.JustO

You be on hold forever calling this location on 87th Cottage Grove. The customer service is terrible. The lines be wrapped around the store, with one person running up and the other putting up stuff (Very Unprofessional) but this day the Pharmacist helped out. She was so kind and quick
