⚠️PARKING WARNING⚠️: This review is a warning to everyone parking a car in the lot to be aware that if you step foot outside of the lot, regardless of if you are a paying customer to Petco, Walgreens, or Labcorp - the security company that strictly patrols this lot will boot your car and require you to pay $170 to have it removed.I went to Labcorp and purchased food from walgreens, then went across the street to Clark Street Dogs to quickly eat a hotdog, and they booted my car on the spot. I had receipts and everything to prove I was a paying customer and they had no mercy. They also put me in harms way with the way that their officer handled another security situation that was happening simultaneously.According to Walgreens manager, the landlord of this building hires Innovative Parking Solutions to handle the parking lot security and they can’t do anything about it. So fair warning, avoid using this parking lot unless you are strictly there to use the three business housed in it.And sorry to Walgreens for the one star, but the whole situation could have been handed better on your end as well.

Recommend using capsule online order pharmacy instead. This pharmacy doesn't pick up the phone. I've called multiple times on separate days and they just let it keep ringing forever or pick it up and then put it back on hold.

Poor customer service and utilizes Innovative Parking Solutions which is a scam. I used to love going to Walgreens despite the marked up prices due to its convenience. Hope that five minutes was worth losing customers for life.

I have been going to this location for years to get my odd prescription filled.they are all great very nice and helpful Walgreens corp sucks ass. The app sucks it will order medication that you don't ask for. It's impossible to deal with. I

This location is dysfunctional. Tried ordering my prescription through the app and it told me to contact this location. After countless attempts of calling only to be hung up on, I transferred it to a nearby location and they filled it successfully. Corporate needs to get involved because it is completely unusable as a pharmacy.

Don't park here unless you want to pay $170 . Empty parking lot and they'll still boot your car even if you are buying things at this location.

As other reviews have said, this is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are incredibly slow to fill prescriptions and picking them up takes FOREVER. They never answer their phones so if you actually have a question you have to go in person and wait in their never ending line just to speak to a human. I will never come back here again.

It is time to change my prescriptions to another location. This location is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Literally sat in drive through lane for 12 minutes without anyone coming to the window. 4 cars deep and no movement. I finally gave up and left. Who knows when it ever moved. When I tried to call the store I was put on hold for over 25 minutes before I hung up and gave up. TERRIBLE service.

Do everything in your power to avoid the pharmacy at this location. Quite literally is the worst ran pharmacy in the city; and I've been to about a dozen of them. The store itself is fine; it's a Walgreens, but do not go to the pharmacy unless you're ok with waiting an hour to even talk to someone.
