Literally created this account just so I could leave this review somewhere.Went to go pick up a photo that I put an order in for at 9 AM, estimation said it would be ready by 10:30. Time got away from me and I ended up going and arriving around 1145 - 1150. There were two women at the front desk, one with tattoos the other African-American. Told them why I was there and said it may take a few minutes because they are backed up on orders. Completely understanding I waited for sometime, before the both of them eventually left and never came back. Eventually, a man came out to work the register, as I continued to wait for the two women to come back, but never did. The Man was clearly overrun with work. Dealing with people at the photo booth the register as well as myself. Having to go to the back and get the correct size sheets for the printer.I did eventually get my photo that I put in the order for at 9 AM and it only took three hours and 45 minutes or almost 4 hours to print and have ready.I'm writing this review not because it took so long but because the customer service I received from those two women was rude and inconsiderate.I simply ask in the future that you do your job better that is all. Thank you for getting my photo done, it'll be a great gift for Friday, but please just do your job better.

It is so unfair to your customers and your staff to shut down a major store nearby and then not properly staff the location that everyone was directed to. There’s always a line, and the average hold time for me here is 30 minutes. Also my medication is never ever in stock. There’s supply issues in general but it was never this bad when the other Walgreens was open.Also FYI for anyone who doesn’t know, someone was stabbed to death in this store a few years back. Just thought that might be something that potential customers might like to know.

Some off these reviews are just too much. Get over yourself, sometimes you have to wait in line because they're crowded due to the nearby pharmacy closures. But everyone has been very nice and helpful, and the store is quite nice now.

Great place for chips, horrible place to go if you need actual medication/healthcare. Walgreen is complete trash. They clearly understaff and underpay. If you need something quickly, I’m sorry, you’re going to wait and suffer and this horribly depressing place. Hey, at least they just laid some new flooring and made it brighter! Trash company, trash location. Order online from Mark Cuban’s pharmacy if you can because CVS isn’t any better.

People walk in and steal on camera here... The line is always super slow, they need more cashiers and pretty negative environment due to constant gossip and rivalry among the staff. ??

Horrible service. When I went to pick up my pills 30 min wait. Also 1 hour and 30 waiting so someone could pick up the pharmacy phone. Horrible service. Also the Walgreen manager is rude! She yelled at an employee in front of me. Horrible situation. The corporation doesn't know what they hire!

Just transferred prescription from CVS to here - first visit, they gave me the wrong medication twice, one of which is pretty major (they gave birth control with the wrong hormones). The BC they rectified once I realized & called it in, but for the second med they said my doc sent in the meds they filled. I've been using my medication for 5 years and I know it's not the one they filled/the one they say my doctor called in. I've gone several days without meds now and it's very frustrating. Praying this doesn't happen to anyone that takes life saving meds.

The pharmacy here is trash, with aggressive and downright rude technicians. The pharmacist stands by without a word. Today I watched the tech (who was just extremely rude and dismissive to me) phone another patient and tell them their vaccine appointment was cancelled due to lack of inventory. The patient asked for written confirmation, and the tech berated them and told them it wasn’t necessary since “I’m telling you now on the phone.” Then she hung up on them before talking smack about the patient loudly to her coworkers for making such an unreasonable request, I guess.Take your business elsewhere!

Incompetent pharmacists, these guys don't know what they are doing. First, lied about prescription that's been clearly called in from the doctor, followed up saying they would have it filled by afternoon, wasnt completed and was told to come back at 5 pm. Came back in the evening to find out they didn't even carry the medication in the first place and they couldn't fill the prescription

Really nice staff, but this pharmacy is a disaster.This Walgreens pharmacy absolutely cannot handle the amount of customers they have. The lines are consistently 5+ people deep, calling on the phone is a guaranteed 15-20 minute hold time (and that's if they don't pick up and immediately hang up the call). I just picked up a prescription and they'd somehow not run it through my insurance. When I called to determine what happened, they lied and said my insurance didn't cover it. When I said I was going to call my insurance, they changed their tune and said in case my insurance did actually cover it, next time, it was on me to remind them to try to run it through my insurance because they can't give a refund or do anything about overcharging me. The staff all seem like super sweet people who are absolutely drowning in the increased workload since the other Walgreens location closed.

If you can get your prescriptions anywhere else please do. They have ABSOLUTLEY no education on their own computer system and will cause all kinds of problems they will make no attempt to fix. They will throw out random ideas and you will waste hours trying to fix things when it's really them that made the whole mistake. My insurance has been on the phone with them for hours trying To fix their mistake where it says they gave me my meds when they didn't. They don't even know how to reverse said mistake on their own end. My insurance representative had to connect them to their own Walgreens help desk. Go anywhere else.
