Yesterday, I went to buy some medicines at Walgreens pharmacy, and the person at the main cashier was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I couldn't complete the purchase and left the items at the checkout due to the disrespectful and unpleasant attitude of that employee. People like that don't deserve to work in customer service roles. Instead of helping, they end up ruining your day and making you feel inferior.

Kate was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to be accommodating. She and Benny seem to be bringing their political beliefs to their job as i’ve now witnessed them treat a queer customer with attitude. This not being the first time with Benny.

Went into this Walgreens to buy some items. All walgreens have public restrooms. So I ask an employee, "excuse me, do you have a bathroom" and he snarkily replied "No, we all go shit at McDonald's" implying not even they can use it. Don't cuss at me. Bad service, no restroom, and shockingly high prices.

This is just ridiculous. I've never have this much issues picking up medications from a pharmacy. I've been going back and forth trying to get the medications together for my parent. Finally, thought it is done but lo behold it's not. I got the medication and the label stapled outside of the bag is what we need. But when I got home and opened up the bag, the medication inside is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT medication. What in the mess is this?! I tried calling the pharmacy and was told they are on break for 30mins. So I had to go back to the pharmacy and get it straighten out. When I got there, they are definitely not on break. When I confronted the pharmacy staff, I was told that central does the medication packing, send it off to the pharmacy, and they just "put it in the bins". I asked if they check what's inside before putting it in the bins and I was told they don't double check what's inside the bag before placing it in the bins. This is not even professional!!! I understand you guys are busy, but if something happens...it all comes back to you. Also, not everyone understands these medications or is literate. People die from taking the wrong medication. If you expect the patients/customers to do their part, you need to do yours too. Whatever you give them, they trust that you are doing your job and giving the correct medications. This is so concerning and very disappointing! I grew up around this area and never in my life thought I would have to worry if my parents are getting the correct medication from the pharmacy. You guys need to do better!

I know that people are in need for food and money. I don't have a problem with that at all.But even time I come up here there iare folks sitting and standing right outside the door begging for money and it's annoying that they do nothing about them hanging. for people to count your money at the door of an establishment and to pull out money in the streets is dangerous.

Scheduled appointment at 1:20 pm for a COVID vaccine. It's 2.30pm right now and they haven't called me yet. You get here and even though you have an appointment you have to get in a huge line. Only one person attending everyone in line, including drop offs and pick ups of medicine. Learned my lesson. Never scheduling anything on Walgreens anymore. Not sending my prescriptions here either

Since they changed management the staff and store has been supierior. Used to shop here my whole life now it’s a dump! Floors are dirty shelves aren’t ever stocked and staff have a BRF. Will not come back again
